"Shh, Love" Markus wispered in my ear "What are you doing here?" I hissed "Woah, there I'm Pureblooded too you know!" Markus said rolling his eyes "Why are'nt you in the meeting?" I rolled my eyes "I'm not sure they said I could'nt come in until things were said" I sighed. "Markus?" I wispered "What?" he glanced at me "Can you listen in on them?" he winked at me "Sure" he focused his eys on the door and looked as if he could see through it he let out a laugh "Your Father's warning them on your newly found gifts, and that you have quite a temper and also oh my.." he said pursing his lips trying not to smile. I rolled my eyes "Thanks" ignoring the last part of his sentence, he looked at me "What??" I said angered he put his hands up "Nothing, damn it Princess calm down!" he looked and me "You just remind me of my favorite era". That's it I thought I'm just going to go into the meeting I got up from where I was sitting with Markus and marched over to the guards "Let me through" I demaned they both shook there heads but they were nervous obviously they had heard some of my Father's speech. "Let me through or I'll make you" I hissed my fangs slowly perturding from my lips "Alexsandria! STOP!" Markus comanded "You don't know how to control your gifts yet! There unstable!" he grabbed my shoulders and half dragged me back to the couch were we were sitting. I sighed "I'm bored" I looked at Markus I heard him mutter under his breath "This is why I did'nt have children" I gasped "Hey!" I slapped his chest. "Hey Markus?" he looked over at me "Yeah?" I grinned "How old are you?" he rolled his eyes "23" thats right his one of the youngest originals "How long have you been alive?" I said "I don't know a few thousand years" I smirked "Your so old!" I said between laughs. "Alexsandria I swear--" he was cut of by the guards opening the door and Father went out "Alexsandria you may come and join us now--and oh! My apoligies Markus I did'nt know you were out here also" Markus waved his off "No bother she's a delight to speak to" he winked at me and I rolled my eyes. We both walked in to the meeting room and I took a seat next to Davon, "Perfect timeing the bloods being passed around" he whispered in my ear a servant came around from one of the other families with a tray of wine glasses "Sir, Madame?" she gestured to the tray we both picked one up and nodded a thanks to her. I faced Davon "So Sir Davon what happned while I was away?" he laughed " Nothing much" he said grabbing my hand I looked around our meeting room it was a more fancy meeting room with couches and fancy chair displayed throughout the room. The light poured in the room but since it was indirect it did'nt hurt, I spotted my Grandparents well it was diffcult to say that when they only look in their late twenties "Come on Davon I want you to meet my Grandparents" I nudged him "Of course Darling" he said looking at me geuinily "Grandfather Augusto, and Grandmother Elizabetha" I called slightly dragging Davon "slow down" he laughed. Both of my Grandparents turned around "Hello, my young beauty" Grandfather Augusto greeted me I curtsied "Happy Birthday, Darling" Grandmother Elizabetha spoke to me smoothly. Davon bowed "Pleasure to meet both of you, I'm Davon Van'Lucas" they both looked him up and down "I see"  Grandfather Augusto spoke his voice still stong in his accent from the old country "Your her boyfriend? Correct? You break my only Grandaughter's heart I will not resit to break your neck". Davon nodded quickly "Yes, Sir Augusto" my Grandmother looked at him in the eyes " You do come from a good family, but we keep our words" she then pecked me on the cheeck and took Augusto's hand and went on into the room her skirts tralied behind her " You alright?" I teased Davon "Come on" he said rolling his eyes I followed him to his parents" Darlings!" his Mother said grabbing us both into a hug " I knew you two would end up together! I just knew! Happy Birthday, dear" she said jumping slightly. Davon's Father put a hand on her shoulder "Marylynn" she relaxed and took back her adult additude "Pleasure to meet you again" I curtsied "Pleasure is ours" his Father spoke. Davon grabbed my wrist "I have a surprise for you, my love".
