ZAC'S POV
Okay na din siguro yung nakulong muna si Adrian. He's a bastard for pete's sake. Muntik niya nang mapatay si Sab for whatever reason. Wala naman akong intensyon na masama kay Sab. She's important to me because she's my friend. Nothing more nothing less.
Terry calling..
"Hello?"
"Hi Zac! How is Sab doing? Is she doing good?"
"Ayun, nasa kwarto nagmumukmok. Pano, gusto niya pumasok sa klase."
"Nako Zac! Wag na wag kang magkakamali na papasukin yan!"
"Kinausap ko na yung head sa school, I guess you know Mr. Lazaro? Kinausap ko na siya na 1 week aabsent si Sab and I told him to tell that to Sir Marco."
"Zac, you're a big help. Thank you. Please take care of my bestie. Okay? Bye"
Terry hanged up the phone already. I gotta go check on Sab.
Opened the door slightly then I saw her crying. Why is she crying again? Should I comfort her? What will I do? Ugh! Hindi ko na kayang magpa kilig ng babae! Okay!? I had enough. Tama na yung kay Candy, ayoko nang magpaloko ulit. Pagod na pagod na ako. I went inside,
"Heyy hush" I hugged her and she just can't move nor look at me. Her hair was messy but I don't care
"Sab sweetie. You know what? Saying goodbye isn't the hardest part, it's what we leave behind to be the toughest ones" My god! I don't give advices like this! But when I hear her cry, my mouth won't stop! Oh Sab please stop crying!
She slowly looked at me and stared in front of me. I gently wiped her tears. Caressing her face and making her feel that everything's gonna be alright. She gave me a quick kiss. It was only a smack.
"What was that? I asked
"Thank you for taking care of me..." She smiled and kissed me again. Hay baka ma carried away ako neto.
"Okay stop. It's fine. It doesn't matter. Okay? Go take a rest and I'm just gonna clean up. Just call on me if you need something." I winked at her but she only laughed. Sabi na nga ba gumagana charm ko hahaha.
And so I went outside to wash the dishes, kahit mayaman ako at ganito, marunong pa din ako sa mga gawaing bahay. Even if my family has a royal blood, they still taught me how to discipline myself, how to do household chores, how to mingle with each and every one.
*Knock knock*
The door. There's someone infront of my door.
As I walk to the door, I'm kinda getting nervous. Ofcourse sino ba namang hindi diba? After what happened to Sab.. I am not expecting someone today except dun sa secretary ni dad.
I opened the door and yeah, it's mom. She surprised me. She gave me a warm hug. Ohh, how I missed her so much.
"Zachary my baby!!! Hijo how are you!!"
"Oh mom! It's you! Akala ko kung sino na! How are you my mother dear? How was your trip? Si dad? Is dad with you?"
"Your dad wants to stay at Monte Carlo hijo. Dimaculangan Companies is in big trouble right now and your dad wants to fix it in no time."
"Oh really? Hayaan mo mom, after ng studies ko papasok na ako sa company. Okay?"
"Oh darling yes. I'm sure your father will be proud of you. So son, how is your studies anyway?"
"Mom it was quite fine but may things happened. And I don't know how to start a story with you."
"Oh why? Ano nanamang nangyare sayo? Are you being a bully again!?"
"No mom I am not! It's just I have a friend, a girl friend actually, well andito siya sa condo ngayon. She's inside my room."
"HAA!? WHAAT!?" Mom was really shocked hahahahahaa
"MOM MOM! CALM DOWN OKAY? She's only a friend."
"SHE!? Honey hindi ba mag seselos si Candy niyan!?"
"Mom matagal na kaming wala ni Candy. Diba nga?"
"Oh oh sorry son."
I held mom's hand and told her "Mom, will you please listen to me first? My friend's name is Sab. She's my friend okay? She's inside my room taking a rest."
Mom just nodded at me and gave me a kiss in my right cheek. I know mom trust me, she knows me well.
SAB'S POV
I heard Zac talking with someone outside. Sino kaya? Hay, hindi din naman ako makatulog. Ang sakit ng katawan ko. Feeling ko magkaka trangkaso ako. Someone knocked on my door and yes it's Zac.
"Sab?"
"Yes? Come in"
"Hey, are you okay? You're shaking sweetie" His worried voice is making me nervous
"I'm good. Why so?"
"GOD SAB YOU HAVE BLOOD!"
"WHERE!?"
Zac carried me for the second time around. Nag ppanic siya for no reason. Nanghihina lang ako and yun at yun lang nararamdaman ko.
"Nasan ako?" I slightly opened my eyes "Sino po kayo?" Sino siya? A girl standing infront of me, a light above me.
"Hija, I'm Zac's mom. Don't worry you're fine already"
"Oh hi po mam."
"Don't call me mam sweetheart, call me mommy nalang. Okay?"
"Thank God you're already awake. I was worried Sab! Ano ba kasing ginawa mo?" Zac ang oa oa. Nakakairita.
"I'm fine okay? Kalma ka nga!"
"Ms. Summer?" The doctor called my name
"Hi Ms. Summer!"
"Yes doc?"
"I have a good news and a bad news. So ano gusto mong unahin?
"Bad po."
"The Bad news is you have..."
