I watched his back turn while holding her hand. I watched them walking away, together. As I looked around I saw mocking, disgusted gazes from the people surrounding me. The people who were dressed in nice expensive clothes in front of me, the ones who pampered and spoiled me were now sneering at me. They looked at my figure on the floor and whispered among themselves.

"Look at her. What a poisonous woman, planning to steal her own sister's boyfriend!"

"How dare she scam and cheat such a kind sweet girl, her sister even! Now I can finally see why people say 'don't judge a book by its cover'."

"Who knew such a disgusting woman was behind such an appearance. Tsk, I can't believe I once courted her."

"Humph! She always looked at us as if we were below her, look at her now. Her father and fiancee left her for her sister because of her sins!"

The whispers grew louder as I stood up and dazedly walked towards the exit. Exiting the hotel, I walked straight to the bridge across the street, thinking.

Did I really deserve this? I gave him everything.  My love, my faith, my pride, money, my soul, and my trust. I gave up everything. But what did I get? Words filled with disgust and mocking as I watched him pulling up his pants after doing the deed with my step-sister.

But what he and everyone else didn't know was that while my beloved step-sister was protected behind him, she smirked. Eyes filled with mirth and hate, from the one everyone deemed as a "white lotus" and "kind and fairy like".

No one really saw the schemes she did behind the scenes, no one but me. Planning to finally expose her, I stormed into the hotel room she was staying in. But saw him on top of her. Her lustful moans had filled the room just as he had looked up and saw me.

I will never forget those eyes of his. The ones I once thought were enchanting and beautiful, the ones I once admired. But what I saw was not the look of gentle love he had always given me, but ones filled with disgust.

Just like my father and everyone else who took her side. While leaving me, his real daughter stranded and abandoned. My father took care of my step-sister since she was born since she was his true love's daughter. A daughter his true love had with a rich merchant. He brought her into the household on my 15th birthday party, announcing she was the heir to the company.

I did nothing, only bitterly smiled in the corner as I watched my so called "friends" surrounding her. My father and him were just like the rest, a monster in a human appearance.

How could I be so blinded? Thinking he loved me. Thinking others loved me. I was just a chess piece. Now useless, I was thrown away. My blinded eyes finally saw the light, the truth.

Lost in my thoughts I heard a car honking. Just as I turned around, I saw bright lights and finally everything faded. Just like I wanted, I died.
