I woke up knowing today could possibly be the worst day of my life, but then again I don't think there is ever a day I don't think that. As I got out of bed I heard my phone go off, nearly falling off of my nightstand, I pick it up seeing I got a new message

From Kayla:
Hey don't forget that today is "Girl ask guy" day today

And now my day will be one hundred percent worse. Not only do I have 3 exams today but I also have to ask a guy to the dance which I think is stupid. I mean I guess it's nice to give the guys a break but still...
I think this all over while walking out the door waving to my mom as I say good bye, walking t school, when all of a sudden I fall flat on my face.

I look up to see Louis just standing there looking at me with a look as though he had just woken from a daze, not knowing what happened ...as I on the other hand am baffled and come to a lose of words with me having a crush on him since 8th grade...even though I am now a senior (12th grade-18 years old). He holds out his hand and I go to reach for it when all of a sudden I see Samantha (his girlfriend)walk over. She instead grabs his hand and simply walks away.

~Time skip~

As I sit down at the cafeteria I see Kayla and wave her over. And she comes over...with her new boyfriend...Nick

Shit....

Nicholas Adams
Star linebacker for the football team, teachers favorite, loved by all
(especially you best friend Kayla)
Smartest kid in you class
And my ex-boyfriend.

He smirked and leaned to kiss Kayla as I rolled my eyes in disgust. Although I loved Kayla and wanted her to be happy I hated Nick, after all he has done to me! He hurt me and betrayed me, he made me question my whole life and feel so worthless. And now I get to see him all gooey eyed with my best friend who is way to fragile to be hurt bye him.

I am not about to let him hurt her like he hurt me...
