Hope

If there is one thing which defines humanity it has to be hope. The world maybe a hellfire to you with everything going just the way you do not want it to and taking toll on everything you value : health relationships, emotional stability to name a few. We have all had those days where in the vicious cycle of bad thoughts has stagnated our mind and left us paralyzed so much so that we are unable to stop our mind from overthinking on these negative emotions.
