Fallen Angel

Chapter 2

Waking up to the sunlight filtering on my purple eyes I pull off the tattered blanket and stand up.

I hide the blanket under a rotting crate nearby and grab my hidden hairbrush to brush my silver hair.

I put the brush back and start walking to the lake. When I arrived there i cupped my hands and started to clean my bloodied wounds.

Once all the blood was gone I started washing my face and arms. I then sit out in the sun until the water is all dry.

I then looked around the quiet park with the soft whistle of the wind going by my ears. No one's there. I smiled to myself and released my other form.

I felt my soft Neko ears appear along with my matching white tail that glimmered in the sunlight. I started to softly wash my Neko tail and my ears softly purring as I touched my over sensitive ears.

"Nyah~" I let out a soft moan as my ear twitched at the cold water. Smiling at the touch I sit out In the light waiting for them to dry.

Just as I layed back in the grass I heard a stumble and a shout coming from the woods so I sat up immediately and looked in the direction.

Adjusting my eyes I saw threw boys huddled behind a bush talking to each other. One had Brown fuzzy hair, orange goggles and a mouth guard covering his mouth.

One of the other two had a yellow hoodie and ski mask on his face hiding his identity as the other had an orange hoodie and a white feminine like mask on his face.

As I stared the one with the ski mask signalled the boys to stop arguing and pointed to me. I was shocked by the action but before I could hide my form they all looked at me earning a squeak.

I then quickly changed back to my human form and jumped over the river and started running. As I was running I heard stampeed like footsteps chasing after me.

I quickly turned around to see all three boys chasing me. But before I looked back to where I was running I tripped over something and I felt myself shift again.

"Nyah! Don't hurt me!" All three boys stopped at my feet and knelt down to me. I must admit I was smaller then most humans.

The one with the white mask then spoke. "We're not going to hurt you, we were sent to get you." I felt my tail wrap around me as I was scared.

The one with the ski mask then spoke to the boy who just spoke. "That sounds like we're kidnapping her." The boy with the goggles then chimed in. "So, you're a Neko?"

I nodded and my ears pressed against my head. "Toby be quiet, your scaring her!" The boy tilted his head but stepped further away. "Sorry."

I nodded and the boy with the feminine mask spoke again. "Sorry for making that sound as if we are kidnapping you, but our boss sent us to give you a new home. After all your not human."
