<MONDAY MORNING>
Y/n POV
It's my 1st final exam as senior this year, and the anxiety is KILLING ME!
I have a physics test today, algebra on Tuesday, chemistry on Wednesday, biology on Thursday, and I had an off at Thursday.
*TIME SKIP*
The report card is finally out. I feel so nervous but what's making me feel better is that I remember doing well on my exams. "Hopefully I won't get disappointed!" I said to myself before checking it. "HOLLY SHITT" I screamed as I scanned my grades. They were all above 95 and my average was also high.
I directly headed out of my room and straight to the living room to find both my parents looking straight to the ground silently. "Mom! Dad! My grades are-" I was cutoff from my mom "you're grades wouldn't matter anymore.." she said. " what do you mean?" I said shook from what I just heared.
"You're father lost his job, we can't afford you going to collage" my mom said with tears on her cheek. "I'm so sorry hun" said my dad. My tears started to blur out my vision and I directly looked at them "it's fine," tears started to fall to the ground. "I just wish you guys knew earlier so that i don't put my blood, sweat, and tears on studying" I said trying my best to stop my tears from falling.
"I'm so sorry y/n" my dad said again. "It's fine" I directly said before wiping my tears. "I know it wasn't your choice nor mom's , I was just shook" I said before pulling both my parents and giving them a tight warm hug. I can see it from their eyes that they were worried to tell me, so I tried my best to make them feel less pressure.
I laid down on my couch watching TV with my mom beside me and dad in-front of us. It was a nice way to calm ourselves down a bit. We had some dinner before heading straight to bed.
"What should I do now?" I sighed "I think I'll follow my 1st dream" I said before heading directly to dreamland.
A/n: omggg that's the most boring chapter I'll everrrr write😂💔 I just had to write this so that the story has a certain sequence that I'm planning to write in the next chapters. Anyway thx for reading this and have a nice day y'all! <3
