Her laugh broke the silence of the dark cave. Echoes of her laughter filling our ears as they bounced off the walls of the cave. That's my little sister for you. Always laughing at anything and everything.
"You guys are so quiet. It's like you've seen a ghost" she says loudly.
She is clearly too young to see the reason behind the silence. I doubt she would be able to see it if it smacked her in the face and started frolicking around the cave singing. My friends and I came here to search for a few things. We weren't sure exactly what for, but hey adventure hides in the unknown right? So anyway, we walked into the cave and found the walls covered in ancient carvings and paintings. Along with that there were statues whittled from the trunks of ancient trees. This place must be full of ancient secrets, and we were for the ones to find them. We run around the cave searching within small holes in the ground and walls. I found a small golden object.
"Wow what is that? It's cool!" My sister yells.
"Shut up Susie. You never know what's lurking in the depths of this cave" I replied coolly.
Authors note- I know that this didn't make much sense, but it's two things in one. If you read everything it's one story, yet if you only read the bolded words it has a "secret" message.
