"We can't tell nobody about this" Blair said as she fastened her belt.
"But I love you . I can't be your secret!" I yelled as I jumped up from the bed still naked.
"You expect me to pick between you and my girls ? .. you expect too much!" She yelled...
"C'mon Gio eat for me please" I wined as I sat at the dining table with my four year old little brother.
"Nu Uh" he said as he shook his head and folded his arms.
I sighed out of frustration. I pushed my hair out of my face . As I began thinking of ways I could get him to eat .
This was my Saturday's . I spent it playing mommy to my siblings while my mother worked long hours just to come home and be a bitch to me.
"Any luck?" My sister China said as she entered the room.
"No not yet." I responded as I looked down at gio who was playing around with his food.
"Hey Tay you think I can go over McKenzie house today!?" She said as she took a seat the dining table and began eating her breakfast.
" I don't know China ask ma!"I said back.
"Cmon Tay she won't be home till late and you know that! It will be too late by then!" She exaggerated
Ding dong
"Fine .. just wash the dishes and clean your room and the bathroom and I'll drop you off later" I said as I got up from the table to answer the door bel.
I looked through the peep hole and sighed as I realized it was Tia.
i opened the door but stood in the way so she couldn't come in .
"So are you going to move?" She said as she rolled her neck.
I kissed my teeth," I'm not in the mood Tia" I said as I moved out the way to let her in. She went straight over to Gio.
"Hey little man" she said as she lowered herself to give him a hug .
"Hi TeTe" Gio said back.
"How bout you eat your breakfast and I'll take you to the arcade today ok?" She said
He nodded his head and instantly began devouring his food.
"You welcome" she said as she plopped down into a nearby couch. I soon joined her.
"I didn't ask you to do that " I said sternly .
"You never do but that's our thing! Stop being a fucking brat Tay" she said as she nudged my arm.
"Well because of you I have to meet with Professor. Ivory once a week." I said as I scooted away from her .
"That's a good thing right? You're failing that fucking class with a D" she said as she turned to face me.
"Because of you Tia . I'm failing because of you !" I said as I jumped up from the couch .
"Everything is always my fault . Just admit it Tay , you're not as smart as everybody think you are! You're regular like the rest of us" she said as she also got up from the couch.
"I'm regular?!" I said As I pushed her out of my face.
She balled up her fist as if she was going to hit me.
" go ahead Tia show my little brother who you really are" I said as I looked over at Gio who was now starring at us.
"You ready to go Gio ? Go put your shoes on" his face turned warm as he ran to the back to get his shoes .
My eye instantly throbbed. The sudden pressure from Tia punch sent waves through my body. I held my left eye as I looked up at her.
"Tia just get Gio and go before I really hurt you!" I yelled . She tried moving towards me but I jumped back.
"Don't even!" I yelled as I looked at her with disgust . She walked away , disappearing into the back room
" I don't know why you allow her to hit you" china said as she got up from the dining room table .
"You seen that?" I said
" Taylor I'm 16 not blind" she said as she disappeared into the hallway.
Tia reappeared into the room with Gio by her side.
"I'm sorry Taylor" she said before she left out the front door with Gio.
"CHINA LETS GO!" I yelled .
She came running out with a bottle of Clorox in her hand .
" what about my chores?" She said.
" just get your overnight bag and let's go" I said as I fell back into the couch.

"Why you got on them big ass shades on in my house? Yana asked as she passed me the blunt.
"My allergies fucked up, my eyes all puffy and red and shit" I lied before taking a drag of the blunt.
"Bitch if you don't take them shits off!" She said as she snatched the shades off my face.
The room fell quite.
"Imma kill her Taylor . Imma fucking kill her!" She yelled as she jumped up from her chair .
"Calm down Yana , it's not what you think!" I yelled as I jumped up.
" then what is it?!" She yelled back as she knocked some shit off the table .
"She was just mad Yana that's all" I said in a calm tone
"BULLSHIT" She yelled as she flung the chair across the room.
"You better straighten this shit out before I do because I rip that bitch into shreds" she said calmly.
A lumped formed in my throat because I knew she was serious. Yana was the opposite of me. She was hood and planned on staying that way. Her only goal was to move her mother out the hood but she would revert back to her old ways sometimes causing delays in her plans. I knew Yana meant every word she said.
"Call that bitch and tell her it's over " she said as she handed me her phone.
" Yana.. I -I can't" I said nervously.
"Bet" was all she said as she went over to her draw and pulled out her gun. She began walking into the direction of the front door.
I quickly grabbed her arm " ok ok please just stay here!" I begged . I couldn't imagine my best friend being in jail because of me.
"Call that bitch now Taylor" she said as shoved the phone back into my hand.
