James crept along the side of the bar,  stalking the clearly drunk biker who had just left, he watched him stagger towards his Harley Davidson and drop the keys giving him plenty of time to reduce of the distance between them.

The drunk guzzled at the half empty whiskey bottle in his hand as he tried to throw his fat leg over the bike. James checked the entrance of the bar, the noise of the rest of the bikers could still be heard carrying on with the drinking leaving there buddy all alone.

"I need your bike." He spoke to the back of the man's head as again the drunk tried to swing his leg over and again failing miserably.

Taking him a moment to register James's voice  he staggered around again, his eyes focusing on his presence, not even registering the guns or the metal arm.

"Piss off." He slurred as he started to turn back around, James caught his hand in his metal grip.

"I insist." The drunk threw his arm towards James in a bad attempt at a punch with the bottle in his hand.

Easily dodging the strike, he smashed the bottle on the ground and connecting with a strike of his own, the drunk fell to the floor out cold.

James reached inside his old leather jacket pulling out the keys for the bike and his cell phone. He pulled the bike off its stand and pushed it away from its old owner and the bar towards the direction to Shannon and Hydra

"Don't give up on me." He promised in his mind as the scenes from her kidnap replayed in his head, her white eyes as she had thrown him from there grasp, he knew she had told him to not follow that she wanted him to save himself but he couldn't, he need to save her she was his, she was his soul.

A few hours later James left the highway and pulled up on a side street, killing the ignition he punched in the number.

"Butler Police department, Janet speaking how can I help?"

"I need to speak to Tony Stark." Silence on the other end of the call.

"Um, I'm sorry sir, there's no Tony Stark that works.."

"Look I know he was there earlier." James interrupted, he sighed angrily

"Tell him I was at his New York building." For a moment there was silence on the other line and then a small voice spoke "Please hold."

"Stark here." A voice James had heard on T.V replaced the receptionist, it sounded like he wasn't giving James his full attention and that he was outside.

"I hear you are responsible for destroying my building in New York, you know it would be nice for some of my property to stay intact for a while."

"I need you to get a message to Steve Rodger's, I've heard you and him run in the same circle's."

"Mr Star's and Stripes?"

" I know him but I can't remember being your messenger and I haven't finished asking my question's. What has Rodger's got to do with New York anyway?"

"Nothing, but he does with what happened in Washington."

"Oh you were at Washington too were you? You know destroying American landmarks is an expensive hobby." A noise from the background of a truck made James's temper flare.

"Look Stark I know your trying to stall me till you can pinpoint my location but I can't risk you and your band of merry men getting in the way, I just need Steve."
