The last 6 months [Matthias]

Your POV:

     Sitting at her bedside was one of the hardest you'd ever had to do. She was just draining away. The wonderful woman you had been friends with for years was laying on her deathbed with her child in your hands. Her husband was crying by her bedside and she was just holding his hand. She looks on you.

     "You'll take care of Luna right?" she weakly says. You nod tears streaming down your face. She holds one arm out and you hand Amanda her child. Matt looks up at her. "Honey you have to go on without me. You must raise our daughter." HE nods and tries not to sob. Her eyes slip down and she passed away in the following hours.

     You had been working at your daycare for a few years and had been able to get little Luna fast-tracked in. He the few months she hadn't been able to get into the daycare her grandma had been taking care of her. Matthias had been out of work for a month before going back to work. even when he was heartbroken.

     I brought Luna home every night and made dinner for Matt. It was the only way to make sure he ate. You came by every morning to pick Luna up and made sure he ate at least a granola bar for breakfast and his brothers made sure he ate at least something for lunch. The only meal he usually only ate thoroughly was dinner. After dinner you would take Luna to bed and Matt would sing her to sleep. Once she was asleep you would read within armchairs with Matthias. About half an hour in he would go off the bed. Then at about 11, you'd go home. Before going home sometimes Matt would go to throw up and you would go rub his back and try to comfort him. He spent many nights crying alone and sometimes you would even spend the night.

     

     One day the daycare has a half day and so you decided to surprise Matthias at work and walk in part way through the middle of a team edge recording session. You smile seeing Matt looking fairly happy. luna turns around in your arms and smiles You'll.

     "DADDY!!!!!!" She screams! I walk over and Matt takes her in his arms smiling. He then decided to finish the challenge before changing the without there supposed to do next to making It something the 2 of us can participate in.

     "Hello everyone and welcome to DON'T WAKE DADDY PART TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He screams "Today we have Y/N and my beautiful daughter Luna." she giggles.

     "It been a while since I've been in a video!" you smile and are so happy to see Matt happy again.

     After the video, J-Fred takes Luna to show her around the office and Matt takes to me to the roof. You smile and look out on the LA skyline.

     "Thank you so much Y/N. You've been great these past couple months. You've been a better parent to Luna these past 6 months than I have." He smiles sadly.

     "You've been grieving Matt. She was your wife."

     "And She was your best friend. Yet you have been given no time to give. And I apologize for that. I know I'm not done grieving but you should be able to grieve too." he smiles at me and tears start streaming down my face. He wipes my eyes. "I'm Sorry Y/N" You pull him in close and bury your face in his chest sobbing. He rubs your back, "Well make it work Y/N"

A/N: This was very sad and very short but I wanted to make one of each original members before publishing it. Don't worry there will be better ones for Matthias later. Feels free to give constructive criticism and make notes about spelling and grammar mistakes. Yes, I am a native English speaker I'm just very bad at spelling. OOPS!
