T w o- flashback

When we made eye contact I tried my best not to break down.

He looked beside me and saw Andrew and he looked back at me and I saw all the sadness and hurt in his eyes.

I sighed and went back to Andrew.

"Hey why did you look like you were gonna break down?" Andrew asks, ugh he knows me too well.

"Nothing" I said bluntly "we should go to class" I said looking at the ground.

I closed my locker shut and went straight to class.

Which was English with mr. Smith.

Great my favorite teacher (no sarcasm).

When we went to the class everyone was whispering and chatting and looking at us.

"Is there a problem?" Andie asked everyone and they all shook their heads no but the schools slut Ashlyn. (Also the girl who Jack cheated with on me and me ex best friend)

"There is" she said "and that is" andie asked "you being with her" "she's my cousin you got a problem with that" he said glaring at her and she got scared and shook her head no "good" he said.

Andie was known to be pretty scary when he's angry so I don't suggest getting him angry.

We took our seats and of course he sat next to me.

Then the door swung open and Jack came in through the door.

Just great I have him in this class what other class do I have him with cause I'll need to change those classes too.

He saw me and clenched his jaw and balled his fists.

He walked over and sat next to me making me roll my eyes.

"So you moved on huh?" He asked "how could I move on from you and no he's my cousin and I'm not ready to date yet after what you did" I said making look guilty.

I was trying my hardest not to stare into his eyes cause it'll remind me of that night.

-Flashback-

Jack hasn't been calling much and has been really distant lately.

I decided too go to his house to see what's going on so I did.

I knocked on his door and Molly (his older sister) opened the door looked sad and just hugged me.

"What's wrong?" I asked getting worried cause she's like a sister to me and also Laura.

"You should see for yourself and I'm coming with you" she said, what does she mean, I'm getting worried.

We walked upstairs and I heard moaning and grunting.

No

No

No

I opened Jacks door making me regret everything we did together.

He was on top and inside of Ashlyn my best friend.

Molly cleared her throat and got their attention.

Jacks eyes widened "Maggie it's not what it looks like" he said getting up and putting on a pair of sweatpants trying to hold me.

"No cause it sure as hell looks like you were fucking my best friend" I screamed in his face while tears streaming down his face and turned to Ashlyn.

"And you how could you do this to me" I said I shook my head and ran out of the house and heard Jack calling my name but I ignored all of it as I entered my house and slid my back on the door and crying and crying until there were no more tears left to cry.

(A/n: ain't got no tears left to cry, anyone, no ok I'll stop)

And I eventually got up and went to my room and plopped myself on the bed replaying what had happened over and over again.

-End of Flashback-

I hadn't noticed that I was daydreaming until Andie snapped his fingers at me.

"Hey looks like me you and Jack *pointing at Jack* are working together for a project" he said and I groaned in response and come on it's the first day of school and already.

We fell into awkward silences until Andie broke it.

"How do you guys know each other?" He asked.

"Do you remember the guy I used to date well that's him" I said and he looked angry and I gave him a look 'no don't do anything'.

And he nodded.

"Should we start the project or not" I asked "yeah my house later oh and I'll send you the address" Jack said to Andie.
