Chapter 2

*Rose's pov*

I see you. My wolf, a pure white with bright lavender colored eyes, Scarlet, said, mind-linked to my brothers wolf, the same pure white but with a sky blue eye color, Shiloh.

You so cannot. If you can then where am I? Shiloh retorted smugly, I stayed silent, stalking him from up in the branches of the tree he was hiding very poorly behind. Ha! You've got no clue where I am d- I jumped out of the branches on top of him, making us a tangle of fur and teeth as we rolled around on the ground giggling and playfully nipping at each others necks.

Told ya I knew where you were, Baby Brother. I grinned slyly, he growled and glared up at me then I yelped as his back claws dug into my haunches and threw my body off of him.

I'm no baby Rose! If anyone is it's you! He growled and lunged at me then stood over top of me asserting his dominance with his teeth close to my throat, I whimpered and turned my head, surrendering and signaling his win of the game. Ha! When do I not win? You're barely any competition anymore sis. He said cockily before grabbing my clothes in his jaws off the branch I had left them on and throwing them to me before grabbing his own and trotting off behind a tree to dress himself, I did the same and shifted into my bare human form and dressed myself before stepping out and seeing my brother Knoll. He was handsome, much more so than our current alpha, although that might've been because Knoll was younger than Alpha Damon.

"So what are we gonna do now?" I asked running my hands through my, now very tangled, dark brown hair, my bright blue eyes were a stark contrast to my pale skin and dark hair, but there was no doubt I could pull it off. I'd had several males attempt to make my acquaintance and would've continued to be harrassed by them had it not been for Knoll, he already had the attitude and stature of an Alpha male, the way I see it, there's no chance he wouldn't be our next one. He was planning on competing in the alpha race coming up soon, it was a big competition that most young males of the pack have the chance to compete against each other to determine who would be the next alpha.

"Well Rosey Posey we're gonna go back to the pack house before you get yourself in trouble... Again." Knoll said with a roll of his stunning deep purple eyes. Knoll was fit, tanned, always had perfect hair... He was everything any male ever wanted to be... Hell, I was somehow apparently what every female wanted to be... Slim build, not too tall, not too short, just big enough to hold my own against a few rogues. Knoll suddenly growled low his eyes glowing the blue of his wolf's. "We need to go. Now." I whined at my twin brother, he simply nodded towards the denser forest and the sound of a branch snapping caught my attention, he growled and motioned for me to follow him as he ran back towards the pack house, I, of course, willingly went with him back to the safety of our home.
