Todoroki POV
I told her, I expressed my feelings. And she feels the same.
I'm glad I'm not how I used to be. Cold, isolated, unemotional, angry. I took o my pain and hurt out on other people and myself. I was lost and alone. Mostly because I would push people away, but i couldn't help but feel abandoned anyway.
To some extent I'm glad I ran, I felt free when I was running away, unbound. Like I was running toward something and not away. Maybe I was running toward you, Momo.
Momo's POV
He's falling in love with me??
I couldn't help but to gush and fan girl at his words. They made me melt into his arms.
I had to respond to him, but i didn't know how to say that I felt the same.
I nodded while my eyes were welling up, and said "me too."
We left the beach and made our way home. It was very quiet and peaceful since there was only a few people moving and places open.
As soon as we got home I ran a bath for myself, the cool water from the beach left me with a slight chill. It was a spacious bath, it looked as though two people were meant to fit in it. How strange I thought to myself. I started filling the tub up, with the perfect balance of not too hot and not too cold. Then I went back to the room to undress,bringing my towel with me. When i arrived at the room I noticed Todoroki sprawled out on the bed in the silliest position.
"Wow you fell asleep fast" I muttered, making my way over to the dresser. I took all my clothes off and wrapped myself in my towel, before I left for my bath I allowed myself to to give him a goodnight kiss, or what I thought would be one. I kissed him on the check thinking he was asleep and wouldn't know that I did. But to my dismay he wasn't asleep but awake, very much awake. He timed it perfectly, just when I leant over to kiss him he pulled me over. He was on top off me, kissing me on my neck.
"mhm..." I let out a small moan, that was so embarrassing!
Of course he laughed, it just makes sense that he would. In that slight vulnerable moment, I quickly turned the tables on him. Pushing him against the wall, I looked him in the eyes and slowly pulled off his shirt. I kissed him across his chest, then began to pull down my towel.
His eyes widened, then I jumped up and told him,
"I'm going for my bath now." With a smirk
"Ehh you can't go now.." he said with a slight whine to his voice. I giggled playfully and told him "sorry! Maybe next time"
"Mind if I join you?" He asked me
Now I knew why the bath was so big.
I didn't answer with my words, I grabbed his wrist and walked to the bath. He started to look embarrassed, or maybe excited. I couldn't tell. But I knew I was feeling a bit of both of those emotions. I checked the water to make sure it was a good temperature. "Perfect" I said as I turned my back to Todoroki. Slipping my towel off and showing my naked back to him, I got in the tub and let my hair down. He went out to get a towel, and came back and took the rest of his clothes off. I moved over so he could have the closer half of the bath. Once he got in it got excruciatingly awkward. I began to do my normal bath routine. "Do you want me to wash your hair?" I heard Todoroki say really quietly.
I smiled brightly and nodded. He actually did quite a good job, I was surprised. I turned to face him and before I could he kissed me, then I kissed him back. This went on for awhile. Eventually after our steamy make out session, we got hot. Partially from the bath and partially from each other. We got out and dried off. We Stayed in our towels and just sat on the bed. We kissed a few more times. Then got dressed, I couldn't help but glance at him every now and then. After we got dressed, I was wearing pjs now. I was laying down when I heard him get up and grab something out of his bag. How intriguing. He presented me with the shells he was collecting earlier, but this time one was on a necklace and the other a ring. "One for each of us!" He smiled. Then took the ring and got down on one knee.
