(A/N there shall be spoilers! so only read if u have finished the Soul Eater MANGA. If u finished the anime, but not the manga, then DONT READ!)

Maka looked around the small cafe and sighed. He promised he would be here on time! Then the bell attached to the entrance door rang and Maka jumped out of her seat to see Soul.....but the man who walked into the café wasn't soul. The man standing there had a black trench coat and a black fedora. He walked with his head down low and never talked to anyone. Maka shook her head in disappointment and felt tears knocking against her eye lids trying to escape. She pulled out her trusty book and read away.

"Is it OK if I sit here, gorgeous?"

Maka looked up to see who was flirting with her. It was the man in the black trench coat. He was standing behind the seat that was reserved for soul. Seeing as Soul was two hours late, she nodded and the man sat down in the vacant seat. The stranger smiled and said, "Why the long face, angel?"

Maka rolled her eyes."Don't call me that, please." The man in the trench coat laughed softly."Yes ma'am." Maka looked at the stranger curiously and took a sip of her coffee. "This man is strange..."

"So tell me little one's why is it that you're here all alone?" This man was starting to get on Maka's nerves. She was sixteen.  Sure she was small compared to this man, but she wasn't that small! Maka composed the urge to chop him and said,"Well I'm supposed to be on a date with my weapon, but seeing he's two hours late, I guess it has been canceled." Maka smiled at the thought of Soul being on an actual date with her. Soul said that they were just gonna "hang out", but not with the rest of the gang, and Soul was blushing furiously. "Why are you smiling little one? Its a gorgeous smile though-so angelic."

Maka pursed her lips in frustration."Why all the references to angels?"

The man smiled and leaned in closer,"Because you are one, aren't you little grigori?" Maka looked at him directly in the eyes."How did you know?"

"Well you are Maka Albarn-the meister of the last death scythe."

Maka rolled her eyes."Yea I guess so."

The man leaned in closer-too close. Maka's nose was touching his. Maka had just HAD it with this guy! Maka raised her book to chop him. When the book was inches from the man's skull, the stranger chuckled and grabbed her wrist. Hard. He shook his head."Wrong move, little grigori."He squeezed harder and Maka gasped in pain. Maka ground her teeth together and bent here free arm back to punch his face when a hand from behind her grabbed her forearm. Maka looked up to see a blonde man clad in black. At that moment, five men clad in black burst through the café doors with guns and bags."EVERYBODY FREEZE!!!!!!!!!" One man turned to the cashier and said,"Put all your valuables and all the money in the cashier in the bags." Maka felt a tug on her pigtails forcing her to look into the eyes into the eyes of the asaulter. He smiled at her and put a finger to his lips. Then it hit her. The robbery was a stage for the men to take her away. Maka focused in on the men's soul and was able to see two kishin eggs. The blonde haired man slapped her across the face."You perverted little grigori! Peeping in other peoples souls like that!"

Maka glared at the man in the fedora. The man smiled and held her jaw roughly to push her face towards his."Well it looks like this little angel's about to fall." A cloth then covered maka's mouth. It had a sickly sweet scent and it made her feel....
