I unfortunately am rias gremorys younger brother by about a year and I've always been different from my parents and siblings their hair is blood red while mine is dark blue , their skin is pure white while mine is a little tanned because of this I've been treated like trash by almost all of my so called family father was an asshole, mother hated me, rias is a spoiled brat the only two who treat me with any care is my big brother Sirzechs and his wife grayfia but aside from them I was shown little to no care from my family more disgust however even without sirzechs and grayfia I wasn't entirely alone it took me until I was five to find out that I had a sacred gear when I'd use this my skin would be covered in blue tattoos at first I didn't know how to use it until I decided to ask it how it worked and to my surprise I could hear a voice in my head

Detruo: boy I am Detruo known as the king of all dragons I am the one who resides within you 

You: but I'm a devil we aren't supposed to have sacred gears 

Detruo: what should that matter you have one now and I will work with you to give you the power I have taken from others 

You: taken?

Detruo: yes my power is that which I have taken from others that I have killed that is how I became the king of dragons now will you accept my power 

You: of course 

Detruo: good now let us begin 

For the next five years I trained by myself learning the different powers that Detruo had acquired while he was alive I had managed to unlock my balance breaker while I still had trouble keeping it out for more than ten minutes I'd still become very skilled at using it I feel like that I'll have mastered it in another year or so however it didn't matter my mother and father still looked at me with disgust while rias was praised constantly especially seeing as she had inherited the powers of destruction which she constantly tried to brag to me about which in response I always had a blank emotionless expression on my face which seemed to annoy her leading her to run to father saying that I had shoved or hit her which led to me getting beaten it still baffles me how someone as spoiled as rias could be friends with someone nice like sona and her big sister 

Rias: f/n when i get my evil pieces I'll make you my pawn so you have to do whatever I say 

I just walked straight past her and went into the forest that surrounded the family castle to go and train I could hear her walk off annoyed I already knew I was going to be hit for doing that I started my training by activating my sacred gear and first started to practice using one of the stolen powers from the astral dragon called meteor

I was moving between trees then I activated my balance breaker making me move at easily double of the tremendous speed I had before I was dodging trees through trees trying to control the speed I almost did it until I caught the side of a tree making it fall to the ground I deactivated meteor 

You: damn it

Detruo: it is alright boy try again 

I kept training for about three hours until I had gained full control of using meteor but when I came back there was father looking cross at me with rias stood behind him 

Zeoticus: where were you 

You: in the woods

Apparently my anger and lack of fear of him annoyed him he raised his hand I could tell that a slap was coming but then a bright light had appeared and standing in the light was Sirzechs 

Sirzechs: hello it's time for Rias and f/n to get their evil pieces 

Sirzechs took us to see Ajuka Beelzebub the creator of the evil pieces

Ajuka: hello gremorys now which one of you two will be going first

Zeoticus: Rias

Ajuka: very well follow me lady gremory 

Rias followed Ajuka into another room after a short while rias came back holding her evil pieces

Rias: now f/n can be my pawn so he doesn't need any pieces does he

Ajuka: wait you're joining your sisters peerage 

You: no 

Ajuka: aalright then lord gre-

You: it's just f/n 

Ajuka: alright then follow me 

I followed Ajuka into the room rias had just came out of the room was jet black except from a light that was shining on a chess board I walked up to the chess board and held my hand over it then the side I had my hand over had evil pieces appear I grabbed the king piece and put it inside of me then I grabbed the others and left the room

Zeoticus: f/n I've decided that the punishment you will face from earlier when you slapped rias before you ran into the forest so I'm taking away your evil pieces 

You: no

Zeoticus: what did you just say to me 

You: NO!

I activated my sacred gear and everyone in the room was shocked 

You: I may not have been gifted with the power of destruction but I was given something much greater in this sacred gear now get out of my way I have things to do I think I'll start a peerage if you need me brother then call me but for now goodbye 

I created a teleportation circle and sent myself to the human world
