It was a cold summer night...

Kevin and I were on our way back from my aunt's house after a party....

It was cold, wind was nice and we were kinda buzzed out from few bears we had.....

we decided on taking a long way back home... the road we took was close to a natural reserve we head about elephant coming out on road and attack cars but we were ready to take that chance.....

Half way we heard a scream " help" "please some body help me" no need to say that was enough to knock us out of buzzed state...

There was a horrifying silence  after that we were frozen stuck on our seats watched eachother for some answer.....

few mins passed I said may be it's  the bear speaking, thinking we were just being  paranoid....feeling scared we thaugh of citing the trip short and make home faster....

As we moved forward there it was again " help me" " some body for the love of God help me "

It was coming from the front in the direction we were heading..

we slowed down to see what going on And there was a dog standing in middle of the road.... As we got closer to the creature i  realize how wrong I was... It was no dog or not even an animal..... It was a tall dark furry creature covered in some dark liquid  standing on its two legs it looked like human figure but twisted and  distorted as if have been in a major  car crash with long arms and antlers  sticking from its head....

What ever it was .... Was slowly making its way in our direction.....

In a flash Kevin stepped on accelerator , knocking that thing aside and without looking back just kept driving...

As we got past that thing and created distance between us the creature let out a  blood cuddling screech  that sounded like a howling of a wolf but was currupted and distorted as if lungs were filled with water or blood"....

In the years I have knows Kevin I have never seen him looked so horrified. His face was white as snow and eyes were like seen a ghost..... The whole way back he drove back like a maniac......

When we reached home he parked the car  in front of the entrance Jumped out of the car asking me to rush in the house and locked the doors and windows and covered all the blonds......

We spent the whole night looking out the window.....

Next day with the sunrise he said nothing but asked me to come with him to his mother's house.....

When we reached her house Kevin explained the situation to her..... The look on her face same as Kevin when he saw that thing .....

All i knew was that I saw a weird and a horrifing creature which I will never forget about .....

Sitting there waiting for some one to explain me the situation....But Instead of explaining she started to perform some sort of spell on us....

I started to get annoyed and I guess, I made that clear on my face and Kevin's mom notices it and explained the whole situation to me....

The thing which we encountered was not just an animal but a skin walker....

A Cursed creature , Originally a human who performed dark magic and gained the ability to
transfer into animals... But what we saw was not that simple but one of those who performed the forbidden act..

To gain more power some of them hunted and consumed another engaging in the act of cannibalism.....

They do got powerful but in return were traped in a mutated body of a animal and human with distorted body doomed to suffer an unimaginable pain till the end of time.....

It is said that one who encounters a skin walker  are marked for death and it would follow them waiting for chance to  kill its pray....

The spell Kevin's mom  enchanted upon us was some sort of protection spell which would cloak us from that thing .......

After that incident Kevin sold his house as it was the place we went  straight to and moved to a new place...

It's been five years since that night I can still feel a presence , watching me waiting for me to step out of house in the dark.....
