3 years later

"Baby, have you seen my coat?" Camila called out while she was rummaging through her wardrobe. When she didn't get an answer, she frowned and made her way into the living room.

"Lo?"

She leaned against the door frame and smiled at her girlfriend sitting on the couch, headphones in and her fingers flying over the keyboard. Absolutely adorable, Camila thought. She walked over, making sure to make as little sound as possible and carefully looked over Lauren's shoulder. The text document that had stolen Lauren's attention from Camila's urgent coat-issue was full of writing, the press of Lauren's fingers on the keyboard making new sentences appear in seemingly endless streams of letters.

Lauren still hadn't noticed Camila and the older girl used that to her advantage as she slowly picked up a piece of paper that had been lying next to her - unaware of the horrible fate it would meet just seconds later - and crumbled it in her hand, making sure to keep the rustling as low as possible. With one fast movement, Camila clenched her fingers around the now crumbled piece of paper, slowly raised her hand over the younger girls shoulder and shoved it down the front of her girlfriend's shirt.

The shriek that followed made Camila crack up and fall backwards almost stumbling over the edge of the couch.

Lauren's headphones had landed on the floor and before Camila could stretch out her arms to protect herself from the incoming collusion, Lauren had thrown herself at Camila and buried her teeth in the older woman's neck.

"Oww!" she whined and tugged at Lauren's hair to get her to loosen her hold on the sensitive skin underneath her ear.

"Thatsh waht you geht." Lauren growled, only tightening her jaw, making sure to bite down extra hard for a a split second. Camila tried to free herself from Lauren's grip by pushing her hands against her shoulder blades but she didn't budge.

"Lolo, let me go!" Camila pouted and she could feel the vibrations of Lauren's triumphant giggle against her sensitive skin, she knew she had won. Her teeth finally disappeared from her throat and Camila couldn't even be angry at her girlfriend when she saw her blinding smile.

"You're horrible and mean..." Camila trailed off while defeating her argument about how terrible Lauren was by cuddling into her and resting her head on her shoulder. "That hurt."

Lauren made an exaggerated awwwe sound and pulled her closer.

"That's what you get for shoving paper down my shirt! You scared me! You were horrible and mean first."

Camila made a huffing sound and glared at Lauren's lap (the only thing she could see without moving her head).

As it turns out, the two of them can only go about ten minutes without talking to each other until they break. Lauren was first to sigh and nudge her girlfriend with her nose to get her to look at her.

"Does your neck hurt?" She asked quietly, adding a pout because she knew it made Camila melt. Lauren could see the corners of Camila's mouth slight lifting up and she felt her wrap herself around Lauren's body, burying the green-eyed woman under herself.

"It's better now." She answered a couple of seconds later. "But you have to say sorry!" Lauren rolled her eyes.

"Then you have to say sorry for shoving paper down my bra!"
