I rise from bed & turn off the alarm on my phone.
'Kimberly wake up! You can't be late for the first day of high school!' my grandma yells.
'Im awake!' I yell.
I walk into the kitchen, and sit down at the table and eat my pancakes, bacon, and hash browns.
'are you excited?' my grandpa asks
'no not really, when school let out for the summer I couldn't wait to go back to school, but now I am really afraid' I reply.
'don't be afraid, your brother will be there,(my brother is a senior In high school) if you need anything just go find him, or go to the office and sit'. my grandma replied.
I finish eating.
'well I better go upstairs and get ready, I can't be late for the first day of high school' I say.
I run to my room, and run to the closet and walk in it.
I check the weather on my phone, it says it's supposed to be 95° today, great.
I grab a pair of my shorts, a crop top, my shoes and some make up and go in the bathroom
*beep beep* I look down at my phone, it's a text from jayden.
I unlock my phone, the message says,
'Goodmorning kimmy, today is the big day, I'll be there with you, so don't be scared.' he said
'Thank you, if you feel scared or nervous just text me, alright?' I reply
'Alright' he replies.
I quickly undress and change into my clothes for today, I grab the hair brush and brush my hair out, then I grab my make up and put some on.
'Kimberly, Jacob we have 8 more minutes till we have to leave!' my grandma yells.
'I'm almost done!' I yell.
I grab my backpack and my phone and sit outside waiting for my brother and my grandma.
My grandma and my brother walk out.
Then we go to the car and put on our seat belts and head to the school.
'Now kimberly, remember what I said?'
My grandma said.
'Yes I do grandma' I reply.
'Okay, please remember!' my grandma says.
then a song I like comes on the radio comes on, I start humming to it.
'Alright kids, time to get out of the car, you're here' my grandma says, 'I love you Kimberly' my grandma says.
'I love you too' I reply, 'if anything happens I'll text you'
'Okay, have a good day love you lots!' my grandma replies.
*beep beep* i look down at my phone
It's another text from jayden.
'where are you?' he says.
'Im by room A9' I reply.
then someone comes up behind me and I turn around looking down at my phone and I look up and it's jayden.
i give him a big hug.
'What's you're first class?' he asks.
'My first class is algebra' I reply.
'What teacher?' he asks.
'Mr.Peterson, room H5' I reply.
'no way!!, me too!!' he says, 'what's your 2nd , 3rd , and 4th class
'My second class is Mrs. Anderson , which is agriculture at the farm in the back of the school, my 3rd class is foods class with mrs. wilson the classroom is C4, and my fourth class is German language with mrs. fulton in room b3' I reply.
'No way!!' Jayden says.
'What??' I ask.
'We have all the same classes together!!' Jayden replies.
'oh my gosh!! Best school year ever.' I say.
*beep beep*'
I look down at my phone.
'New text message from : Grandma '
Grandma : do you have everything?
Me : yes I do.
I turn on some music, I turn on berzerk by eminem.
'that's some good music you're listening to' I hear a voice say.
I turn around and I see beau brooks.
'JAYDEN JAYDEN OH MY GOD THIS CANT BE HAPPENING' I yell.
'WHAT WHAT?' Jayden says.
'LOOK IN FRONT OF US' I say.
Jayden is in shock.
He grabs me and gives me a big hug almost in tears.
I start shaking.

'no not really' I say shaking and crying.

beau pulls out his phone, and goes to the camera and puts it on hisself, and then pulls me close to him and I pull Jayden next to me.

'so did you know Jai , Luke , James , and Daniel will be here today?' beau asks

Jayden is just shocked, and gives me a big hug, and then gives beau a big hug.
'Let me call them over here' beau says calling them on his phone.
'Oi boys, come over here by A9, I need to show you something' beau says on the phone.
I turn around and I see 4 boys running really fast.
'I won! ahahah!' Jai says.
'No you didn't you liar!!' Luke says.
'Beau what'd you need to show us?' James asks.
Beau points at me and Jayden.
I look up and I see Jai smiling at me.
'hello, I'm jai. what's your name?' Jai says to me.
'Im kimberly, I go by Kimmy or Kim.' I say.
'That's a beautiful name' Jai says.
