A Love SPIDERWEB – Chapter 16

                       **Hope’s P.O.V. **

          Luckily, the movies are close to our neighbourhood, or Else it would have taken forever to get home. It was only a 30 minute trip, but it was really awkward. First, there was Niall, who was trying to flirt with me the whole time, and it was really cute. He wasn’t bugging me at all. But, there was also Terra and her new boyfriend, whom I thought she hated. They were all flirty, and it made me want to barf. Terra had convinced everyone she ever met that she didn’t like any of these guys. She told people they were all idiots and no one should be friends with them. Now she is dating one? It just doesn’t sound right.

          I walked up my front porch and sat on the swing hanging in front of the window. Why am I stuck in this predicament? Terra is dating Liam, and I have known he has liked her since the 9th grade. He didn’t tell me, but I knew; it was obvious. Then, there was Zayn, who I knew still loved Terra. Also Harry, who likes her too! AND THEN THERE IS LOUIS! It looks like he likes her, but I’m not sure. “URGH!” I grunted just like Cher Lloyd. That made me smile, but it quickly faded when I thought about that Mona girl. She looked strangely familiar, and she was all buddy-buddy with Terra. I hate to admit it, but I was a little jealous. Then, I remembered what I had to do.

          I got up and walked inside. “How was your date?” My sister Faith asked through the kitchen door.

          “Just Fine.” I answered, continuing to walk up to my bedroom.

          “HEY, don’t talk to your older sister like that!” She yelled back. I didn’t listen though. Faith thought she was so much more important because she was older. Her and her twin – Chastity – would always treat me like I was a slave. They are only a year and a half older. Why do they have to go back to high school for an extra year? She and Chastity are going back for another year of high school to get into better colleges. Grade thirteen, they call it. I thought my grade twelve year would be great without them, but I guess it will suck now.

          I reached my bedroom door and walked in. It was a mess. All of my clothes, make-up, and accessories were scattered from earlier. I was trying to find an outfit, and forgot to clean up. Oops. But, the mess wasn’t important right now. What was important was finding those forbidden photos. I ripped apart the rest of my closet, and the rest of my drawers, but I couldn’t find them anywhere. How do you forget where you put photos like these? Then it hit me. No, seriously, it hit me. He box fell from the top shelf of my closet and hit me on the head. It didn’t hurt that much, but it kinda did at the same time. “Ouch...” was all I could get out.

          I knelt down beside the box and sat down criss-cross apple sauce. (A/N: Yes, I just said that :P) I slowly opened the box, just to add a little drama, even though there as no one to show it to. I’m cool like that. I pulled out the first pack of pictures. They were the ones from the summer of grade 8 to 9; a.k.a. the last year we went to that wretched place. I looked at the first picture and mine and Terra’s younger selves were staring back at me. We didn’t look excited at all.

          I looked through every other photo, and there was a bunch of random people a recall, but none looked like Mona. So, I took the next pile; summer of grade 7 to 8. No one looked like the Mona girl again. Then, I did the summer of grade 6 to 7; nothing again. Then, I took the summer of grade 5 to 6 photos; nothing again. Then, I reached the summer of grade 4 to 5. I picked up the pile of photos, and the top one caught my eye.

          I just stared at the photo. Oh My God.... I got up, sat on the edge of my bed, and continued to stare. There were three girls; me and Terra, and then one more girl. This girl was no familiar face, but she was way more than that.

          I gasped at my sudden realization, and ran toward my phone. I stumbled to pick it up, but once I did, I typed in Terra number and waited for the reply.

          While I was waiting for the reply, I went back to my bed for that photo again. I stared at it again and couldn’t believe my eyes.

          Then, Terra picked up her phone and that is when I yelled, “LILLIE!”

Yeah, so it was kinda filler until the end, so sorry about that.

Kinda short too.....

Sorry for anything that is wrong with it, cause I just haven’t been sleeping much lately... I’ve had to get up early for this camp thing, but now it is done! YEAH! I get to actually sleep now!

Thing will only get better now!
