Chapter 4

Cataleya's POV

I can't believe he used the alpha tone on me! I swear to the gods he's going to regret bringing me. I'm going to push this pack to its limits and back. They won't know what hit them. As for Scott. He's going to regret rejecting me. After these two years of pain and recovery. Of building myself to being the best version of myself. I know I can face him and the rest of the pack easily. However I am scared to face my dad and Aiden after all they are family.

' Ame ? Why do you think he's forcing us to go ?' I asked my wolf

'Cat we are the strongest wolf in the pack we are the beta and best trainer we HAVE to go and he used his tone to prove it ' she responded ' but Ame we will have to face our "mate" and brother and everyone that bullied us . I know people think I'm over the rejection but I'm well we aren't ' I said silently crying. Putting on this brace face was difficult. I never want him back but the pain is still there and I don't know how to cope. 'Catt it will be hard trust me I know but we will show everyone how we moved on and changed and show them how they DONT matter , especially our "MATE" ' Amethyst said starting to sob. It's difficult waking up every day feeling like half of you is missing. I feel like I'm drowning in an empty hole inside of my chest. Suffocating and I've no way out. The pain washes over me when I least expect it. Causing me to joke and splitter and break. Feeling the pain of him moving on. Feeling everything he does with another girl. Feeling it all through this dreaded mate bond.

'we will get through this together Cataleya if it's the last thing we will do, we will do it together ' Amethyst said ' together' I agreed .

I grabbed the same rucksack I used while running away from my old pack and packed it with my skinny jeans , tank tops , yoga pants , my spare leather jackets , running shorts , running tops , sports bras , high tops , combat boots , makeup , hair dryer , straightener and my essentials , along with my weapons .

I was packed and decided to check my phone. I saw it was nearly six so I grabbed my bag and keys and ran downstairs to the sitting room. Everyone was waiting for me . Sean came over and gave me a quick peck on the lips.

" alright now that everyone is here we will all leave together " Conor stated.

"actually Alpha. I will be going after you all leave. I want to spend some time alone before I have to go back to the pack that abused me to the extent that I begged for death" I interrupted venom lacing my words. I glanced down at my arms that had scars littered all over them. That's how my legs looked and my stomach. Each a reminder of my pain. Now you could barely see them since they were covered with intricate designs and ink.

"Catt I would prefer you to come with us" Conor said. " yeah well like you said tough shit. Since I would of preferred to not be going with you at all. I will follow you there. I need to be alone and come to terms with what is happening Con. Don't try use your Alpha tone on me.  We both know I can ignore it. also I would prefer you to call me Cataleya since our relationship is strictly only to do with the pack business" I calmly explained. "Of course my apologies. We will meet you there " he agreed .

Once we were in the garage I hugged everyone even Conor. I gave him a quick hug. I may be angry but he's been my rock ever since I got there and I just need to know that he's still here for me. Sean and I shared a passionate kiss before I got on my motorbike . "bye guys I'll see you there love ya" I said " bye Cat we'll see you there love you " the guys said in unison I have to admit it was somewhat creepy. My fave most if expressed my thoughts because they all gave me a joker grin and walked away ... backwards .... the whole way ... facing me. "Creeps" I muttered aloud.

~30 minutes later ~

I had just arrived at the border ' hahah home sweet home ' I said sarcastically to Amethyst 'very true Catt ' she responded just as sarcastically. If I remember correctly I should, arrive at the pack house in 5 minutes. I'm sure all of guys are already there since they went ahead of me .

Conor's POV

"Thank you for coming at such short notice . I am Alpha Scott Black this is my Beta Aiden Cavana and my Third in Command Jonathon Scarry." Scott said.

So this is the alleged alpha that rejected Cataleya and was the final reason for her leaving. Of course his beta is her brother.

"You're welcome. I am Alpha Conor Nikles and these are my brothers Sean , Mark , Cain and Peter. My Beta should arrive any minute now and my third in command is back with my pack" I told them . I looked at my brothers and they all were putting on a friendly facade, excluding Sean who looked like he would rip Scott's neck out at any chance he could get.

We were all maintaining small chit chat until we were interrupted by the roar of Cataleya's motorbike. That girl certainly knows how to put on a show and make an entrance. I glanced at her approaching figure and couldn't help but roll my eyes and let out a soft chuckle. Leave it to Cat to need to make the most dramatic entry possible. I had to give her credit. It was working because all of the Blood Moon pack were stared in awe at her.

Cataleya's POV

As I arrived everyone turned to stare at me in what I can only assume is awe and personally I can't blame them. I had to make an entrance there are Farley opportunities in life where you get to act like you're in a movie. I smiled to myself and parked my bike. I grabbed my bag jumping off my bike and walked over to them.

Sean saw me and wrapped his arm around my waist and gave me a quick peck on the cheek. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at his possessive behavior. Leave it to him to want to make a statement, not that I didn't enjoy it. 'Oh shush you love it" Ame said to me. I didn't respond knowing she was right.

"I would like to introduce you to my Beta. She will also be your trainer. I want you to keep in mind that she is the strongest member of our pack and her strength rivals any alpha. She is not to be messed with. Her only bad quality is her short fuse. Do not take my warning lightly. This is my Beta Cataleya Cavana. Also known as your previous mate Scott and your little sister Aiden. Formerly know as the person you used to bully" Conor said .

I couldn't help but appreciate then introduction Conor had given me. It definitely put out a statement that I am not the lost little girl they used to take advantage of. Now I am a woman with a mission.

Scott's POV

The pack that was helping us had just arrived and I was introducing myself my beta and third in command to him. I couldn't help but be angered at the fact that our pack was weak enough that we needed help with training. When he introduced himself and his brothers I was intrigued to meet his Beta. His Beta has quite the reputation of being a merciless killer who fought like a well trained machine able to annihilate anything in their path.

Ever since Cataleya had left I slept around with all of the girls who used to throw themselves at me. Nothing had interested me anymore until I heard about this beta of his. Now knowing I would meet her I couldn't help but be excited and so was my wolf.

Suddenly the roar of an engine sounded and a girl jumped off of a motorbike and strutted over to one of the brothers. I think I remember his name was Sean seeing how intimate the were and how he kissed her made me growl quietly.

"I would like to introduce you to my Beta. She will also be your trainer. I want you to keep in mind that she is the strongest member of our pack and her strength rivals any alpha. She is not to be messed with. Her only bad quality is her short fuse. Do not take my warning lightly. This is my Beta Cataleya Cavana. Also known as your previous mate Scott and your little sister Aiden. Formerly know as the person you used to bully" Alpha Conor said .
