Chapter Three: Bonnie,Scarlett, and Snow

   Cloudpaw and Fireflame walked side by side. Berrytail had stopped to join them. "Did you guys hear what happened to the kits?" He asked.

    Cloudpaw and Fireflame nodded.
   Berrytail looked around. "I think Polo did it."

   Cloudpaw snapped her head at him. "Why would he hurt his own kits?"

   "Everyone knows he and Kody got a little crush on that Windfern. Maybe he wants to destroy his family to get to her."

    Cloudpaw couldn't say anything at first. "That's a stupid theory! Kody is the only one with a crush on Windfern. Not Polo."she brought herself to snap.

   Berrytail shrugged. " I'm just say. Trust no one."

   "Can I trust you?" Fireflame asked.
   Berrytail rolled his eyes. "Ah duh! I was sleeping beside you in the warriors' den. If I would have moved. You would have felt it."

   Cloudpaw couldn't help but put Polo on a suspect list. Could he have really hurt his kits?

   "We're here!" Sunpaw yelled. He immediately flung himself in the hollow. "I need to fight. Come at me.  One of you."

    Fireflame looked at Berrytail. Berrytail looked at Whitestar. "He's your apprentice."

    Whitestar sighed and charged at Sunpaw. Sunpaw jumped up and crashed down on top of Whitestar's back. "Ha! Too easy. I need to be a warrior."

   Whitestar looked up at him. "You're absolutely right. Jumpingpaw, Cloudpaw, Frostpaw, and Sunpaw need to be warriors."

   "Warriors? What's a warrior?" A new voice spoke. They whipped around to see a beautiful red she cat with a white she cat beside her. In her other side was an apprentice size she cat that was a blue cat.

   "Hello, love. My name is Snow." The white she cat spoke( I imagine her with a British accent! Don't judge!)

   "I'm Scarlett." The red she cat said. "And this is my daughter Bonnie."

     Snow looked at the cats. "Now, love, we traveled from far distances. We have come to get some rest. May we dwell in your territory?" She asked.

    Sunpaw looked at Whitestar.

  "Er. . . sure." Whitestar said. Snow nodded. "And we won't hunt to much. We don't wanna steal your prey. We'll scavenge at the Twoleg place." Scarlett said.

   Bonnie looked at her mother.

Scarlett looked down. "Oh! And it's best if you address us not Bonnie. Twolegs clipped her tongue." Scarlett explained.

   "Let's go." Snow said. The weird she cats turned and walked away.

   "They are strange. They called us love as if we knew them." Berrytail said.

  "Yeah. But let's get five cats their assignments. It is time for some cats to become warrior." Whitestar purred.
