1. Write a chapter inspired by this quote:
“I only hope we won’t lose sight of one thing, that it all started by a mouse.”
Ariel woke up to her same old room in the ‘not her house’, that is the psychiatric hospital. While she brushed her long, thick, wavy, extensions filled, dyed red hair-that is what she liked to call it- she looked into the mirror with her big blue eyes, reminds you of someone? She was the real life version of Ariel. She moved swiftly taking her morning pills, while her roommate, Ella, wasn’t bothering with getting ready, for she wasn’t excited for the day, her brown eyes examined Ariel in a rather weird manner. It was a big day for Ariel.
Today Ariel was moving back to her real house, the house that has her family within. Leaving Ella in that room all by herself, which is something she didn’t mind, but rather liked, Ariel was too much of an optimist for Ella.
“I’m finally going back.” Ariel cried on her mother’s shoulder whilst hugging her tightly.
“Yes, it took a long time to make them agree.”Her mother replied, fighting the tears back.
“I promise, I’m going to be a good person.”
“”Your promise is not needed, you are a good person.” Her mother replied, Ariel’s word hit deep in the heart of her mother, it was not her fault that she was born a little different, you see, Ariel was not your ordinary sixteen year old, not only she was dreamy, but she had special little things.
At the age of eight, doctors have diagnosed Ariel of suffering from hallucinations and delusions, and through increasing over time, at the age of thirteen Ariel was moved to the psychiatric hospital. Although what Ariel had was considered to be a mental disability, Ariel decided to consider it “the Disney extra-ability”, and she thought of it as a way that made her a little bit better than ordinary.
“That was a long hug.” She broke off the hug, Ariel had only one thing on her mind, to not lose sight of where it all began, so that she would have control on the future, just like what Mr.Walt Disney said.

Fireworks started to show, the clock was near to midnight, couples held hands and the children started to dance. Ariel’s eyes wandered around craving for affection and fighting affliction, she turned around and looked at her family, but everyone was too busy in their own world, leaving Ariel in her own space as the wind danced around her. Didn’t I tell you? It was a special day in Ariel’s life, and as a celebration of New Years Eve, she decided to do the new year, new me.
A smile spread on Ariel’s lips with a twinkle growing in her eyes, her mother stared at her, she could not understand what Ariel saw in her what so called illness.
“What did you wish for?”Her mother asked as they drank hot chocolate.
“I wish to be happy.”She answered, she was not a person of many needs, however, she was a person of high maintenance, not that what she asked for was weird or bizarre, it was just difficult in this world.
“That’s a lovely wish.”Her eldest and only sister stated, her sister was a girl of other needs, she viewed life differently, you can say that she saw the shadow, she was not a person to lie at all, and in some cases, brutally honest, and for that reason, Ariel was more than relieved by her answer.
On the next day, that is the 1st of January 2015, Ariel sat in the park alone, but that was no problem for her, after all, she sat in the park alone a lot.
