2. Write a chapter where your main character meets someone with the name of a Disney character
Ariel’s extra-ability was something to be always confused about, however it is quite simple.
When Ariel sat in the park alone, she was not completely alone, she had a friend with her, a very special friend, which you may recognize as the one and only princess Jasmine. The thing is Ariel saw things and people that no one else can see, which included Princess Jasmine.
“Who are you talking to?” Interrupted a boy, he seemed to be the same age of Ariel.
“It’s none of your business.”Ariel answered showing a somewhat angry face, while pulling her hair to one side, it was a habit of her whenever she met “real” people.
“He’s cute.” Jasmine stated as the others agreed with nods and whispers, but of course, only Ariel heard her.
“Shut up.”
“I didn’t say anything.”The boy said, and as a second look, Ariel agreed that he was good looking.
“I was not talking to you.”
“Okay.”
“Okay?” Ariel wondered how he didn’t ask and dig more, it was something that Ariel liked a lot.
“My name is Eric.” He stated with his blue eyes staring at her, when Ariel looked back, she noticed his black hair, and this all reminded her of Prince Eric.
“I’m Ariel.”
“Now that’s interesting, Ariel meets Eric.”He took a seat beside her.
“Yes, it’s interesting, but I think we are going to end it here.”
“Why is that?”
“I’m not your normal person.”She stated, which surprisingly was not followed by complete and utter silence.
“That seems okay to me.”
“I have hallucinations and delusions, which means that there is a strong possibility that I see what you don’t see.”
“So what do you like to do?”
“What are you even talking about?”
“I’m asking about your hobbies silly.”He chuckled through the words.
“Um,”Ariel stuttered, was it real that she finally had a real person to talk to?, “I like to draw, discover and sing.”She replied.
“I hate drawing, discovering and singing,”He replied as Ariel smiled at him, it was nice that she met someone that didn’t remind her of her own self.”I love skating, surfing and writing.”
As Ariel was going to reply, she saw her mother trying to hide in the car, which of course was a complete failure, for Ariel knew their car very well. Ariel was so happy to see her mum’s car, as she wasn’t a fan of making friends other than her own.
“I have to go.”She said almost sounding like she is screaming.
“Goodbye.”Smiling, he replied while staring at her walking.
“Well wasn’t that nice.”Jasmine said, Ariel ignored her, she didn’t want to disappoint her mother in seeing her still talking to her other friends. Speaking of her mother, she had a wide smile on her face, a smile that screamed “My daughter is finally talking to people I can see.”, not only that, but he was a boy from the same age of her daughter.
