You were known in your educational school, as the cool chick who never talks.

You do, but it sounds icy and sharp, very intimidating.

Nobody knows why your so cold hearted to everyone, but they are very curious as to why.

The reason behind your cold demeanour is actually about these things named 'Resets'.

They have screwed up your life since day one they started.

It was all normal, until 9:00 at night, you would see darkness and then you would wake up to the same stupid alarm, same day, same morning.

Over and over and over.

You've lost count of how many times it's happened, but your so sick and tired of it.

You don't know if anyone else can remember but you hope, god you hope so so much that someone, anyone remembers.

Today was an average Tuesday, always has been since the first Reset.

It was currently 5:33 pm, only 4 hours left before the Reset would happen, then it would repeat again.

You kept a straight and emotionless face on as you listened to the teacher, Mr. Pablo, say the same stuff like before.

'We will be having a test tomorrow morning in order to comprehend how much you have grown in your academic progress.'

"We will be having a test tomorrow morning or order to comprehend how much you have grown in your academic progress."

You felt your body slouch slightly as you began counting for the bell that came.

"DINGGGGGG!!!!!!!"

You grabbed your things and went out of the classroom, ignoring everyone around you like always.

You didn't stop for lunch in the cafeteria and you went outside, not caring about the consequences.

You then walked down the street, the same people being passed.

You longed for a change, something needed to change or you would lose your mind.

You put your hands on your arms as you went to a walkway on the road.

This was the part where you would nearly get ran over.

You watched the light turn green and you saw from a short distance the car that would nearly hit you.

You walked forward without any emotion on your face as you looked at the car.

Just before anyone could scream you stepped back and the car missed you a good 5 inches.

The people around gawked at you, you ignored them and walked forward, feeling completely unconcerned about anything.

Suddenly, just as you passed an alley-way, a skeletal hand flew out and yanked you inside.

This wasn't the same as before.

You were pinned against the wall and your eyes filled with fear as the skeleton glared furiously at you, his eyes glowing a bright orange.

"How did you know that the car was about to hit you, and how did you know when to move.."

You looked into the skeleton's eyes and your body froze with realization.

"You can remember can't you..."

This question caught him off guard and he dropped you, making you hit the ground pretty hard, but you didn't care.

"What?"

Tears began to appear in your eyes as you looked up at him.

"Y-you can remember before..the Resets.."

Complete and utter shock replaced his features and his sockets turned black.

You looked down at your watch, surprise hitting you in the face.

It was already 8:52...

A sob left your body as your hands tangled in your hair, tears streaming down your face.

"It won't stop! They keep repeating over and over and over, i-i don't want it to happen again!"

8:55

You looked up at the skeleton and he looked absolutely heartbroken, not to mention he looked just as torn as you did.

"They won't stop, not as long as they are still alive.."

You sniffed and you looked back down at your watch.....a small and sad laugh escaping you.

8:59...

"We have one minute left...hehe....since my life won't stop doing this.....whats your name...im (Y,n)..."

The skeleton signed heavily before giving you a sad grin.

"Papyrus, don't worry (Y,n), I'll make sure you won't feel alone. See you again?"

You nodded as you stood up, the edges of the world becoming dark with void, fading away.

You held your hand out to him as the void got closer.

"Promise me?"

Papyrus looked down at you and tears appeared in his own eye sockets, just like your eyes.

Then his hand slid into yours with a warm grin.

But he stopped and wrapped his arms around you, his words going into your ear with utmost care.

"I promise."
