it's been 3 months since the passing of her father. 3 months without the legend that she called her dad. her mother was never apart of her life. her dad wasn't always home but he always with her for the most part. malanie hernandez was only 17 when her father robert "fuego" hernandez passed away in a "business" meeting he had. her father was a master mind and the leader of the santos, in new york.
malanies P.O.V
it's been 3 months since my dad died. 3 long months and still waiting for that call. the call from spooky or oscar what ever his name is. my father has told me for the past 3 years if anything happens to me i'm going to live with this random guy because he "trusts" him or something. i've never even met him. after 3 months i would think he would call me.
and on cue my phone rang.
"yo, it's spooky"
"oh shit" i whispered
"this malanie?" the deep voice said
"yea it's her"
" i'm coming to get you, i'll be there by tomorrow"
"oh okay bet" i said nervously
he hung up.
omg i thought to myself. holy shit do i really have to move in with a random stranger.
my eyes widened as i ran up the stairs and began packing all my belongings.
