"rise and shine, my amazing bestfriend!" uh, so loud. i opened my eyes and saw suji at the edge of my bed. "wake up!!!" she stood up and jumped on the bed, almost stepping on me. i rubbed my eyes, sat up and glared at her.

"suji, it's 7:30 in the morning what could you possibly need? i'm trying to get as much sleep as possible before school starts again," she went and sat down in front of me and held my hands. she looked at me with desperation.

"i need you to shop with me. please. i have a date tonight and i NEED to look amazing." all for a date, huh? gahd, this woman should be thankful i'm nice and she's my bestfriend. "where did you even meet this guy?" i questioned her. "are you sure he's safe? are you sure he won't hurt you? are you sure you're the only girl he's dating? what does he look like?" i interrogated.

"i'll tell you later, while we shop!" she stood up and went through my closet to pick clothes for me, "so stand up and shower, ppalli!" to be honest, i had no choice so i just obeyed her. i showered thoroughly and went out of the bathroom to see the clothes suji picked out for me layed out on the bed. ah, she's really my bestfriend, she knew my style. i wore high waist jeans, a plain black pullover, along with my long gray coat and boots. i went out of my room and saw suji all ready.

"what about breakfast?"

"let's just eat outside. my treat."

; 8:00 am ;

"so again where did you meet this guy?"

"i met him at the party last night! we had mutual friends and you know, talked. he was sober, so was i, and we had a lot in common. we even exchanged numbers and that's how i ended up getting a date tonight," i guess she really likes this guy, "i really want this to work out, so-hee. he's the first guy i've dated ever since mingyu happened." well, i gotta say, she really DOES like this guy. and she deserves happiness after all the pain she's been through.

"okay now suji, i get it. don't worry, you've got a bestfriend, a stylist, and a make-up artist all in one body. you'll be a goddess tonight." i smiled at her and pulled her to the closest shop.

; 10:00 am ;

after 2 hours, we finally found a dress for her and we're now heading to a cafe to FINALLY eat. we sat down and she ordered for both of us. i was scrolling through my phone when i got a text.

xxx-xxx-xxx: hey dwarfie!! wanna hang out? i wanna catch up with u :(( this is your handsome childhood bestie by the way

ohhh, right i gave jooheon my number last night.

me: can't believe u still call me dwarfie, i hate you. anyway yeah i guess im at a cafe at the mall rn with a friend just come if u want she wont mind

ugly jooheon: well im at the mall too, is it okay if we have company? i have like six people with me

me: yeah whatever

suji came back with our food and sat down across me. "here you go, one iced coffee and a honey glazed donut." she handed my my order and started to eat. "hey suji, i have a friend coming to hang out, is it okay with you? we can watch a movie or go to the arcade or something."

"sure, i don't mind. but we have to get home by 4 okay?"

"yes. and umm.. he said he has 6 more people with him."

"it's a he?! oooh, so-hee who is this man?" she wriggled her eyebrows at me, "and yeah it's cool. the more the merrier!"

"okay first of all, ew? he's my childhood bestfriend and i don't like him in any romantic way. that would be like, liking my brother or something. no way." i explained to her and she just laughed at me. right when i was sipping my coffee, i saw seven guys enter the cafe, my bestfriend leading the way. he looked around, probably looking for me. can he even see me with those eyes???

oh gosh, it's his handsome jerk friend. what was his name again? chan..? he was wearing a hoodie, jeans, sneakers and had on glasses and he just looked so cute in it. it seems he saw me because he tapped jooheon and pointed at me. jooheon looked to the way his friend was pointing and finally saw me. "oh! so-heeeeee!!!!" this man is embarassing me. i just looked down and started eating. but suji looked back and fucking choked. her eyes widened and she looked at me.

"so-hee! it's the guy i have a date with tonight!" jooheon and his six companions walked over to us and formed a line. jooheon straight up hugged me and waved to suji.

"annyeonghaseyo, lee jooheon imnida! these are my friends. hyunwoo, hoseok, minhyuk, kihyun, hyungwon, and changkyun," he pointed to each one of them. kihyun whispered something to minhyuk and he smiled. "oh! you're suji? kihyun's date!" minhyuk pointed out. ah, so he was the guy. suji nodded and gestured them to sit, with kihyun sitting beside her and changkyun awkwardly sitting on my left side with jooheon on the right.

"have you guys ordered yet?" i asked them. they all nodded and started up a conversation with us. it was really fun talking to them, well to the six of them. changkyun was quietly sitting next to me just listening in on the conversation. i looked at him and smiled though he just looked away.

"you guys wanna go the the arcade after this?" they all smiled at me and nodded excitedly. i looked at all of them, even changkyun, who was looking at me but he quickly turned his head when i glanced at him. and i swear, i saw him smile a little.
