Chapter 4

Lani P.O.V

I was the first to wake up. I made sure Jai was still alseep, and crept out of bed. I walked into the bathroom. i thought about it, but i couldn't do it. Not here, I can't. I walked downstairs to the lounge room, and just sat there. I pulled my knees up to my face and stared at the wall. It was at least an hour before Jai came down. "Lani? How long have you been sitting there" He asked looking a little confused. "An hour or two..." I replied, still staring at the wall. Jai walked over, sat next to me and hugged me. I wasn't in the mood to do anything. "Can you take me home?" I said, and he nodded. We went to his room, I grabed my things, he grabbed his keys, and we left. Once we arived to my house, I said goodbye to Jai and went inside. I ran to my room, put down my bags and went inside my bathroom. I grabbed a razor and put it agaisnt my wrist. The blood trickled down my hand and dipped onto the sink. I cut 4 clean cuts on my wrist and wash my hands. Once I was finished, I heard someone wake up. So I quickly took a jacket and put it on, coving my cut wrists. The door opened and it was my mom. "LEIGHLANI STEVENS! WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?" My mom shouted at me. "At Jai's house. I'm sorry, I forgot to call you. I was in a really pissy mood." I replied not looking at her. She gave me a look then walked out. Whatever...

I walked back into my room and sat on my bed. It was probably and hour of just staring at the wall, when i got a text.

Can we talk? -Luke

I wasnt sure if i should reply or just pretend i didnt see the text. I decieded to reply to him. There is no point in being mad at him. He was just curious.

I tossed my phone onto my bed and got changed into
