The girl looked at the crowd of people surrounding her she didn't have the pretentious air that her mother had she looked as if she felt out of place in a dress.

"We are lucky she got here there was a pack of hellhounds after her" Percy said

Chiron spoke up "welcome to camp half-blood a camp of demigods our very own Leo Valdez will show you around"

Leo made a face of complete disgust and horror the girl payed no attention.

"Leo" Chiron warned

"Fine" Leo begrudgingly agreed.

"Campers get back to your stations dinner is in two hours" Percy called over the crowd as the mob of people began to part

Leo quickly took showed her around camp and took the girl to her cabin "just stay here" he demanded motioning to the all marble house

"No" she shot back "since when do I take orders from you"

"I'm older than you" he said his large muscular frame dwarfing hers.

"Oh really Leo Valdez how old are you?she said poking his chest

"How did she know my full name" Leo thought "I'm 16" he said

"So am I" she shot back

"So what I am the better demigod"

"Not for long" she shot back as she slammed the thick door in his face.

Leo walked through the forest to Bunker Nine. In here along with countless traps, locks, tools, machine parts, and metal he had a computer. The computer allowed him to gather information about any god, goddess, monster, or camper. He searched Hera and what do you know recently added under children was Grace. Leo clicked the link and there was a small article about her it said:

Grace daughter of Hera blessed with the powers of Hecate. Lived with her mother in Beverly Hills, California until she ran away. Her mother believes that her daughter should be scared of the outside world and wants to stay Grace with her so she has not sent her daughter help, but has sent monsters after her to try to convince her to come home. Grace is 16 years old with red hair and is 5'6.

" What does it mean blessed with the powers of Hecate? She lived with her mother? She ran away from her mom?" this was all too much to handle. Leo heard the horn that indicated dinner. He figured he should probably go

Even though Leo hated her, he gave her credit for running away, Leo knew how hard that was. As he walked over to his usual spot at the campfire he realized Grace wasn't there he sighed to himself.

He walked over to her cabin and opened the door. He gasped he looked around the room. It wasn't cold and hard anymore it actually looked nice. There was a dark blue carpet instead of the marble floor. Although the statue of Hera still looked unpleasant and uninviting the rest of the cabin looked like it had been redone by one of those renovation shows. In the living room there were two green beanbags and two blue ones one the walls was a giant painting of peacocks and pomegranates . There was a giant flatscreen TV with every gaming console imaginable. The bedroom had a green carpet with blue and green bunk beds and a few beanbags. He was about to go into the bathroom when he heard a voice

"Who in Tartarus is trying to get in here" Grace said opening to door to reveal a beautiful bathroom with a peacock mosaic. She was wearing a Camp Half Blood T shirt and some black shorts. Leo thought she was a child of Aphrodite because for a second before he remembered who her mother was Grace looked attractive.

"Uh...uh it time for dinner" Leo stuttered as he continued to stand by the door

"Are you going to escort me there or what?" she asked

Leo glared at her "c'mon" he said dragging her out of her cabin by her ear

"Ow ow ow what's your problem" she said. "geez you're practically a pedophile I mean you are forcefully taking girls places to do who knows what"

"We are going to dinner I'm not a pedophile and how in Tartarus did you get your cabin like that?"

"Hmph like you don't know Leo I know you read am article about me" Grace said putting her hands on her hips as they arrived at the bonfire

"Leo" Piper called "come sit with us"

"Ugh is that your girlfriend?" Grace asked as Jason kissed her forehead "damn you got some competition Leonardo"

"She's not my girlfriend and it's just Leo"he responded

"Not anymore that's for sure Just Leo" Grace said as she sat down at the table farthest from the crowd and wished for what looked a waffle. With some kind of dark red juice. Leo sat with his friends as he thought about Grace she must have used Hecate's magic on it.

"Leo...Leo are you okay?" Annabeth asked snapping her fingers in front of his face

"Yeah just thinking" Leo responded as he prepared to offer some of his food to the gods.

"Leo are you thinking about that girl?" Percy asked taking a bite of his blue burger

"Uh what uh no" Leo stuttered

"Liar" Percy said under his breath brushing the hair out of his eyes.

"I heard Frank's making a great legionnaire at Camp Jupiter" Jason said "I should probably go back there soon"

"No please don't go" Piper said whining

Leo nearly choked on his food. He turned his head to see Grace sitting alone taking in the camp. He felt like he should leave her but something about her attracted him.

After the meal he walked over to her "Chiron announced that since you're a new camper we'll be having a round of capture the flag." he said

"Whatever Leonardo I'm going to kick your ass" Grace said rolling her eyes "where are the other two"

"What do you mean and ITS LEO!!!"

"The other two you know from the seven of prophecy there's only five and I expected more fangirls I'm quite disappointed"

"There would be fangirls but Percy, Jason, and Frank have girlfriends, and Frank and Hazel there at Camp Jupiter"

"What about your fangirls?" Grace asked looking up at him

"I will always be the outsider, the seventh wheel I will find no place among my brethren" Leo said

"Valdez I haven't known you face to face for too long but that's the stupidest thing you've ever said" Grace said

Chiron announced "capture the flag will start in 15 minutes put on your armor and prepare yourselves"

"See you later" she said running over to the tables filled with armor

Leo couldn't help but smirk
