Y/N POV: As I was getting ready to take a shower, I got a text. Val:Hey Y/N:Hey Val:Can u come pick me up Y/N:Why? Don't u have your car Val:No my mom took it cause hers is in the shop Y/N:I'm getting ready to take a shower Val:Well I need u to pick me up now Y/N:Fine I'm on my way I put on some sweat pants and a t-shirt and left the house. 15 min later I was finally at Starbucks. "Finally, what took you so long?" Val asked getting in the car. "There was a lot of traffic." I saw Jason standing there and he waved. I waved back. "Why did you need me so urgently?" I asked "I need to talk to you," she said sounding very out of breath. "I also need to talk to you." I drove away from Starbucks. I waved bye to Jason one last time. 15 min later I arrived at my house after picking up Val. She wanted to come to my house so I let her. "Val, is it so urgent, I really need to take a shower." "It can wait I guess," she said She sounded like it was urgent but I decided to hop in the shower. 20 min later I got out of the shower and changed into comfy clothes.

I just left my hair down to air dry. Val was sitting on my bed waiting for me. "So what I need to talk to you about is-" she started off but I didn't let her finish. "Why weren't you at school yesterday?" I asked. There was a silence. "Valerie tell me why!" "I didn't feel well." "I don't believe that," I said "Why do you think I'm lying?" she asked. "You were perfectly fine before fifth period and then you decide to leave." "Also, that's what I wanted to talk to you about," she said. I looked at her confused. "I just wanted to tell you that I like someone," she said. My eyes widened. I was so surprised. If she likes someone, why didn't she tell me? "WHO IS IT!" I asked very excited to know.
