Chapter 5

Jake's P.O.V

-Yesssssssssssssssss!!!!!!   I screamed at the top of my lungs,causing my  older brother Jason,to stare at me from across the room.

-What was that for? Jason asked .Raising his left eyebrow.

-Oh,nothing.Just a girl agreed to go out with me this Saturday. I said.

-Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Jakie's got a dateeeee!!! Jason screamed making Sam bark.

-You go on dates all the time!And I never make a big of a deal about it! I said.

-Yeah,but you're my little brother.

-I'm turning 18 in 4 months!  I'm not a baby! I complained.

-But I'm 24.   He said,almost in a bragging tone.

-And besides.He said.

-I'm engaged,which means I'm a one lady man. He said.

-By the way,when are you going to introduce me to ....what was her name?Sam? Steph?    I asked,I never remember his fiancé's name.

-Sarah. He said.

-That's it!

-I don't know,probably soon.Actually,we're going on a date tonight!

Then the doorbell rang.

-Actually that must be her, see you later Jake. Jason said,standing up from the sofa .

-Wait!Are you staying here tonight or are you going back to your place? I asked. It was always nice to have my brother over,to catch up and talk about everything,including his wedding.But I needed to know so I could give him the spare copy of the key to my house.

-Actually,I think I will come back,and stay the night. He said grabbing the key from the counter.

-Okay.But if you bring Sarah over,please don't be too loud,you guys.I don't want you to wake me up in the middle of the night! I made fun of him.

-That was one time! And I didn't know you were home!And it wasn't Sarah,it was a girl I dated long ago! 

-Yeah sure,whatever you say. I said grinning. He left the house and I found myself really lonely so I decided to text Sophie back.
