Spider Riders: Stranger in a Different World

Prologue

Hunter

Man, I can't hardly believe it has been a year since humans and the Insectoids were in harmony, but it doesn't apply of being a Spider Rider. 

It took me a long time to adjust the life here in Arachina, but it does make it so exciting, as waiting for the next adventure would be. 

Shadow said, as we were on patrol, "Hey, Hunter, can I ask you a question?" 

I turned to the spider with a curious stare, "What is it, Shadow, we are the best Spider Rider team ever! 

What could you ask me about?" 

"Well, I was wondering about if you think about the outside world, I mean you spent a year here, don't you have any siblings that might worry about you being here after all this time?" He asks.

As much I hate to admit it to my partner, I do often think about home, back in Earth, but I don't know if I can really possibly go back after what Arachina is need for the Spider Riders and I do have the Oracle Keys too. 

Only I can possess that power and it would only responds to me alone. 

"To be totally honest, I do. I have a sibling. A sister. " I replied which causes the Spider to halt due to my revelation of me as an older brother.  

"I didn't know that you have a sibling, Hunter. What's her name?"

"Emma." I replied, as I rubbed my head, "She has no idea of me being a Spider Rider or about the Inner World of Arachina." 

Shadow whistles, "Wow, kid. You have a lot of secerts . " 

Emma

I rode my skateboard to the temple cave that my grandfather's journal has described as a portal. 

Maybe it would lead me to Hunter. He has some nerve to disappear for a year, and I'm pretty worried. 

As I went inside, I felt like something big was going to happen, as if I was destined to find the temple cave. 

"Oh, Hunter, where did you go?" I mumbled to myself, as I look around to hoping there might have some clues or signs to know where my older brother be. 

Suddenly, I spotted a spider lying in front of me. 

"A Spider? That's pretty odd. " I said, with a curious expression as a couple of old relics were about to fall on me, as I tried to grabbed each one before it collapes to the ground to pieces. 

I said, sighing, "Thank goodness. I would freak out if anything is broken because of my clumness. " 

That was when I notice something attached to my arm. 

What is it? 

The item suddenly glows in bright green light as the temple was starting to come down! 

"Oh, man! I have to get out of here!" I said, as I run as fast as my legs can carry me, as a log came down, using it as a skateboard. 

It didn't hold very long, as I was flying through a portal of some kind, unknowingly what to do. 

I saw a woman, with long hair as she holds out her hand as if she was guiding me. 

The next thing I knew I was unconious. 

Sparkle

As I look at the portal, Uncle Hop said, "Is something wrong, Princess Sparkle?"

"Uncle Hop, I think something big is going to happen, and I think we have a newcomer here in Arachina. 

I need to investigate, so don't let the Riders follow me and interrupt me." 

"Ok, I wouldn't let the Spider Riders know that you were gone from the castle. I hope that you find out what you were looking for." 

I nod as I pulled out my Spider Manacle as I said, "Spider Hotarla out!" 

The Pink Spider appears as I ask, "Ready to go?" 

She nods as she said, "Ready as you are, Sparkle. Let's ride!" 

With that , a new adventure has begun.
