Welcome! I'm Ellie. I have depression and anxiety and I'm here to (hopefully) help people with conditions like mine. My PMs/DMs are always open, so if you need someone to talk to, I'd be happy to.


What This Book Is

This is simply a book of a bunch of reasons why you shouldn't kill yourself. You have so much to live for, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.


Important Information

I'm no professional! I'm just a regular person suffering from mental illness that is hoping to help others.

Resources for different levels of mental health problems:

-Feeling down or depressed, experiencing minor-medium symptoms: PM/DM me, talk to someone, call the suicide hotline, text the crisis textline (FYI, feel free to contact me if you need help getting any of these numbers).

-Post-panic attack, feeling absolutely terrible, strong symptoms: Call the suicide hotline, text the crisis textline.

-Emergency: Call 911 or another emergency number.
