Louis' POV

"I love you baby. It'll all get better soon." I say in a hushed whisper.

The paramedics took Harry away in the ambulance. They said I couldn't go with them judging by the "seriousness of the situation".

Liam is speeding down the highway and I swear he broke the speed limit but it doesn't look like he cared.

Eventually, we got to the hospital. We were told to wait for a while until a doctor to finally came out and told us to follow him.

"How is he?" I ask.

"We've managed to get him stable. He should be able to go home later today with hopefully just a mild headache."

It felt like a ton of weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I had been worrying nonstop about Harry ever since the accident and I still am of course, but when we found Harry in his room on the verge of unconsciousness, well, that just made me even more nervous.

"He's asleep right now as he was tired after the incident but-" the doctor said.

"And his memory? How's that?" I asked.

"We won't know for sure until he wakes up but we're pretty certain that it hasn't gotten worse." The doctor explained, "You can see him now but just be gentle with him as we aren't certain how he's feeling right now."

We nodded and followed the doctor into Harry's room, whom was propped up with pillows but asleep.

He must have noticed other people walk into the room because his eyes fluttered open.

I rushed straight to his side immediately.

"Come get me if you need me." The doctor whispered to Liam before leaving.

"How are you feeling Harry?" I asked him and he stared up at me with the same blank expression he's had ever since the accident.
