“Ma’am, it is a long day! You get fresh up I will ask Mithali Di to prepare dinner” Abhi said entering inside her room and kept some files on her study cupboard.
Pragya just removed her coat and threw it on the bed, sliding her head on head rest, with utmost tired of her tight scheduled day. She looked at him with amaze, as he took the coat and moved to the basket holding all her clothes which is to be sent to laundry. She smiled seeing his acts of keeping things clean around
“It will be great Abhi, because I'm hungry already! And you don’t have to do that *pointing her cloth on the basket* I will keep it myself” Pragya said keeping her watch on her bed side table.
“I know ma’am, you will keep it by yourself, but I'm here naa, so let me do it!” he smiled taking out her night dress, and kept it on her bed.
She shakes her head with disbelief, and she should agree that she got dependent on him in every single thing. He winks and leaves out from her room.
She took her bathrobe and went inside her bathroom, get rid off from her clothes completely, she turned on the shower to cool her body from the tired. . . . After finishing their dinner both of the march towards their respective room, and the maid Mithali left to her home.
It was almost midnight; Abhi was busy in some work. There is an important meeting next day, so he was busy reading a file, resting his back on the headrest of his bed, covering himself with duvet. He receives a call from Purab, and he was talking with his regarding their export materials, that is when he hears his room door was getting opened.
He checks it to see Pragya getting inside his room, with tired and longing face. He watched her getting inside and locking the door, and walking towards his bed.
Seeing her, getting on his bed he understood what she needs, and he immediately asked Purab to talk later and ended the call.
She got inside his duvet, and came close to him. Without wasting moment, their lips met each others. She kissed him like that was her only need in this loneliness and he kissed her back as giving his presence in her life. They kissed like this before too and that was the only intimate moment they share. It isn’t any kind of desire or pleasure. It is just a need of comfort for her and he gives her that.
Parting from the kiss, he makes her to lie near him, adjusting the duvet, lying near her and she snuggled close to him, wrapping her soft arms around his waist, and he caressed her head securely, making each other to lead a night of peace and sleep overpowered them, with the needed comfort of being in each other’s embrace.
His embrace is her only solace at the end of the day. Her embracing way is the only thing makes him to feel that he isn’t alone. Their relationship is different and they didn't named it Only thing can understand is they can’t live without each other
