Jeno Pov

She really had to text me now.

While I'm with the girl I love the most.

Of course she ruins the moment.

She called.

I answered

"Ummm hello is this Jeno?" The voice I haven't heard in a year say

"Yes it is.." I said " How have you been Heejin"

"I've been terrible" she said sounding like she's crying "I miss you and my dad"

"What happened to your dad" I asked

"He passed away 2 weeks ago" she replied "Jeno I really need you"

"Oh.... I'm sorry Heejin" I said "but I can't go to you right now"

"Why can't you?" She asked "you always came to me when I needed you. What's up now"

"That's when I was still an idiot sorry your dad died but I'm no longer part of your life and you are no longer part of mine" I replied "Please leave me alone I don't ever want to talk to you again"

I hung up.

Heejin Pov:

He didn't just do that.

Oh hell no Jeno, my dad might've been a lie but imma get you some how.

Ara Pov

After I was done washing up I went to the room. Jeno was there he was sitting on his bed hugging a pillow staring into space.

"Hey what's wrong?" I asked looking at him going on the bed with him.

"Nothing" He said as he wiped his tears

"Jeno I know there is something wrong you can lie to me" I said

He chuckled "Ara I'm so stupid." He took deep breaths "So Heejin called me and said she wanted me in over her but I'm not over of what she did to me" he looked at me "every time I hear her voice I see her kissing that guy I see her all over him. It broke me Ara. It traumatized me. I don't think I'll ever be ready for another girl"

I gave him a hug and I could feel his tears.

"Jeno look at me" I said "You are gonna be fine. Take all the time you need. I'll always be right be side you whenever you need me. I'll be here when you need to vent, when you need to cry, when you wanna joke and laugh, when you just need a friend."

He smiled and hugged me.

We let go.

He looked into my eyes.

He came closer.

He was an inch away from me.

I felt his heavy breathing.

My heart was pounding so fast and loud.
