9. R.A.P.E. That Spells A Felony

Matt's POV.
Its Monday morning and Toby is home sick today so I'm all by myself in the halls. I'm walking to my locker when I'm shoved into a empty dark room. I hear the door lock behind me Then the voice.
"I like you. You know that. I feel you are turning me gay." it was Luke and he sounded pissed. The lights turned on and I see him he looks horrible. He walks closer to me I back up as far as I can then I hit the wall. He finely gets to me and he blocks me in.
" I would like to know why you are in my thought?" he asks me. I just look at him and I can tell he is looking at my lips.
" I said why am I thinking about you!" he yells
" I..I don't know." I say falling to the ground but he stops me and picks me up by the shirt.
" You better know!" he yells. Then he leans in and kisses me. I fight back but he will not give up. I open my mouth to scream but he shoves his tongue in my mouth. I try one more time to push back when he shoves me to the ground.
" What are you doing." I'm crying know. He Gets his pants off and says " Suck it!"
" No." I say That when he Grabs my head and forces his dick in my mouth. " Now Suck it!" he yells
He just grabs my head and forces me to suck it. I hear him moan in joy. Then I bit it he yelps and kicks the shit out of me.
He picks me up and sits me on a desk. He takes off my pants and I feel him go in me. I feel his hand go over my mouth as he shoves it in there. Then he hits my sweet spot all I could do was moan.
" You like that." he says " Because I like it to." After he Hits his climax he pulls out picks me up and throws me at the wall. He walks over puts my pants back on then leaves. After a minute it goes black.
After awhile I hear screams and I try to say its okay. But I feel blood go down my back and I feel the pain. Then it goes silent again.
I wake up in the hospital with people all around me.
" Hey he is wake!" Sam yells
" Hey can you keep it down please I have I major headache. " I whisper. Just then the doctor walks in my room with two cops.
" Can I have everybody leave the room." He says. After they all leave the room " Matt these nice women are here to see you about your accident. " he say leaving the room.
" Okay we just have a few questions for you. I'm Officer Wade and this is officer Wright." she says I nod and they continue.
" Do you remember anything fro this morning? " Officer Wright asks
" Um I only can remember walking down the halls of the school, and shoved into a class room. Then it goes all dark after that." I say
" Now we think you were attacked. Do you know anybody who would want to hurt you?" officer Wade asked
" Not that I can think of." I lied
" If you think of anything call us." With that Wright gave me their cards and left. Once they were gone I was out like a light. Three days later I was released from the hospital. When we got home Toby took me to his room. Once in the room he locked the door.
" Babe are you okay?" he asks me
" I'm fine." I say
" I love you so much. I just wish I was there to help you." the says
" Don't be mad I'm still alive aren't I." I say. He nods and we get in bed and cuddle.
" Toby." I say
" Yes babe." he says
" I love you to." I say and he kisses me. Then we fall asleep in each others arms.
Luke's POV.
Its been a week since the interaction with Matt. Today I'm at Nicks house studying for some test.
" Luke?" Nick asks
" What do you want." I say
" Um me and Drew would like to tell you something." Nick says
" What is it?" I ask
" Luke I'm Bi And nick is gay." Drew says
" So." I say " I don't care. I think I'm gay but I'm still uncertain. " I say to them
" Would you like to make out with us then." Nick ask
" Sure." I say back. Then we all move to the bed They take off their shirts.
" What are you doing?" I ask
" Taking off our shirts why aren't you.?" Drew asked
" Whatever. " I say and take off my shirt. I get on the bed and feel nicks lips crash into mine. And I felt something but not much.
When Nick pulls apart I get up put my shirt on and leave. Now I'm still confused but I'm feeling something for guys. I should talk to Matt. I look for his number and call.
