12. Will You Marry Me?

Its been a month since the Luke incident. My relationship with Toby has been on the rocks for a while know.

I think he just wants to end it. If he ends it I'm on my own. That's why I've been looking for my own place to live. But I just might as well give up because its not working out for me.

"Hey Matt." Mike says walking into the guest house.

"Hey Mike. Do you need something??" I ask as I hide the newspaper I was looking at.

"Yeah. You want to tell me what's the matter with you and Toby??" He asked

"No, why does it matter to you?" I said feeling the tears come.

"Because, I mean yes I like you but you and my brother are meant to be. It's just sad how you two haven't been talking like at all. " Mike said getting up.

"Well maybe if he just. I don't fucking know okay, if he really loves me then he will fix this. Okay!!" I yell while walking away from him.

I need some air, but were to go. My old parents moved out a week ago. Sam and Daelan They just don't like me right know or something like that. They have been as distant as Toby.

Well how about I go to the beach. I get into my car and head out to the beach.

When I arrive I remember this is where Toby took me for our first date.

We used to be so happy together. So what of us now should I really break things off with him.

As in get out my phone to call him I see he has sent me a message.

Meet me at the spot where we first met ~ Toby

As I get into the car I'm running though what might happen to me when we meet.

Will we re kindle our relationship or what. When I arrive the parking lot is empty.

The halls are like a ghost town. Then I start to hear this song. You know that one song that you hate but really love. Mines This Moment by Katy Perry.

Well it was playing throughout the hall.  

'Can you tell me who called the race, can anyone stay in one place.

And when you get to the finish line, will you wish for more time.

But see one day, one day you will.

But maybe one day you and I will find, that you just can't push me wine.

All we  have is this moment, tomorrow is unspoken.

Yesterday is history so why won't you be here with me.......'

And that's when I see him standing there and looking all fancy. He was in a sleek white tux with a dozen rainbow dyed roses.

He was walking towards me with a smile on his face. He hands me the roses and opens a little box. It has the mist stunning ring in it.

"Will you marry me?" He asks me bending to one knee.

I was speechless, I don't really know what to say.  But all I did was nod my head yes.

I don't know why but I said yes. It was one of the best moments in my life.

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! A million times yes!" I exclaim.

"I love you so much." He says getting up to kiss me.

LUKE'S POV

I was walking down the Hall when I seen it. Matt and Toby making out. You must be wondering what I'm going at the school.

Well long story short I needed a place to clear my head. I normally workout at my house, but that's where my problem is.

So I came to the school weight room. I have a key because I'm captain of the wrestling team.

I just wish I could have what they have. I realized I want him, that's all I want. To just hold Matt, to kiss him, to touch him. To physically love him and to mentally love him.

But I know that I can't ever have him.

After about ten minutes of watching them I left. I started off to home.
