I Failed At Being A Girl

Harry's Pov

We all wait for Sam to walk out of her room, she has to change out of her gown. Slowly the door opens and Sam walks out, a smile grows and she looks up at me. She looks like Bambi taking his first steps.

A month in a coma will do that.

Since Sam's clothes were ruined in the car crash Tessa had lend her some clothes. Sam still looks beautiful as ever. "Do any of you have gum? I have really bad morning breath." I chuckle as Louis hands her a piece of gum. "Thanks!" She plops the gum in her mouth. Liam walks back from the front desk to us,"Alright Sam is checked out. C'mon lets go." I gesture my arm to Sam but all she does is stare. I put my arm back down and we walk out into the parking lot. "Zayn is gonna pull up for us." Liam explains. "It was great seeing you all, but I have to go to school tomorrow. Bye! Get better Sam! I'll visit!" Tessa waves goodbye and walks to her car.

Zayn pulls up in front of us and I open the passenger seat for Sam, she gives me a smile. I crawl in the back with the rest of the guys. Zayn turns on the radio and "Isn't She Lovely" comes on and I begin to get hopeful. Sam looks down at the radio, "What's wrong Sammy?" Louis asks. "It's just this song........it doesn't feel right." Zayn looks over at her, "What? Really? This is your favourite song."

"Well I have bad taste." She scoffs. Zayn pulls up to her flat and she stares at it. "Where are we?" I jump out of the car and open her door. "This is your apartment." She thanks me and gets out followed by the rest of the guys. We all walk inside and Liam walks up to the front desk, "Hey um we need a key for room 56." The man looks up at him. "This isn't a hotel." He types something into the computer. "And your not Sam Miner." He continues on with paper work. Liam turns and gestures for Sam to forward, she does so "Yea but this is Sam Miner." Sam shyly waves. "Why do you need a key each resident has there own set of keys."

"Well. She was in a car accident and she she now has amnesia." Liam says. "We were to pack up her stuff she moving in with us." The man looks at Sam and she stares back blankly. He sighs and he passes her the keys. "Thanks."

She passes Niall the keys," Guide the way." she gestures. I lead the way to the lift and they all follow. A ding rings to signal that we have arrive on Sam's floor. We exit and Louis starts to run down the hallway, and he starts to cheer. Sam giggles at his actions, "You dumb ass." I chuckle.

He stops running and points to Sam's flat, "I found it!!" She runs over to Louis and stares at, Niall unlocks the front door and she slowly walks inside. "I live here?" Her hand softly grazes the couch. "Yup!" Jade replies. Sam stops and picks up a photo frame. "Hey, it's a photo of us at the beach. We look so young." She points at herself. "That was three years ago." Niall smiles. "Come with me Sam, we'll go pack your bags!" Jade grabs Sam's arms and guides her to her room. "Don't break anything boys!" She gives us a look.

"Ready!" Jade cheers walking out of Sam's room with Sam walking behind. Sam stops and looks down at the table, she picks up an object. Her Phone. "Umm who's Gregg?" She asks. "Is he my boyfriend? There's hearts around his name." I shake my head, "He was. You guys broke up, that's how you got into the car accident."

"He has been texting me that he is sorry. What did he do?" She tilts her head to the side like a confused dog. "He cheated on you." She frowns, "Ass." I chuckle,"I've never liked him either."

"So are we ready to go?" Niall asks from behind. "I think." Sam replies looking at Jade for an answer and Jade nods. "Alright! To the 1D house!" Louis cheers clapping his hands together.

We drop off Jade on way home. Zayn unlocks the front door and we all walk in, me carrying Sam's Suit case. "Woah! It's so pretty!" Sam walks around the house,"How is it so clean with five guys living here?" She laughs. "You haven't seen upstairs." Liam looks up.

"Quick question?" She stares. Louis jumps over the couch, "Shoot." He crosses his arms. "Could I have a shower? I feel nasty." "Yeah. Follow me Sam." Liam gestures. She smiles, takes the suit case and follows Liam upstairs.

Moments later Liam comes back downstairs and joins us on the sofa. We turn on the telly and I look up to the sound of a thud followed my a few cruse words. Louis snickers, "That sounds a lot like Sammy, even if she doesn't remember that's still her." He snickers.

"What are we going to do about this going back on tour in a week." Zayn says. I run my fingers through my hair, "She can't be alone. We need to help her remember. I think she should come with us, when we go to Canada she can she her parents, friends and where she grew up. It will jog her memory." I explain. "We have an extra bunk on the bus." Niall chimes.

"We'll have to talk to management." Zayn sighs. The running water stops and a door upstairs opens. Steps slowly come down the stairs, "Hey Harry would you happen to have band-aids?" Sam asks as she makes her way down the steps. I stand and I walk over to her, Sam legs are bleeding. "I guess I forgot. I failed at being a girl." I laugh at her. "Let's get you some band-aids." I pick up Sam bridal style and carry her to the island in the kitchen.
