*2 weeks later*

These past weeks have been hard but wouldn't of gotten through them without Hayes and Milly. I never tried out for they play I was to depressed. mom and dad haven't been going to work as much but still obsessed with their job so I basically stay at Hayes' house. school get out in 3 months, yes I have been counting down the days. Blake has left me alone and so has the bitches group. I do get picked on but I have pretty good comebacks. Tonight me and Milly are having a girls night because we haven't hung out alone that much.

The finale bell rings. I run to my locker and grab my water bottle and house keys. Nash has been picking me up but Hayes wasn't at school today so I wasn't sure. I find Milly and walk towards her. "hey! I can't wait for tonight!" I say smiling. "me too! Meet me at the mall around 5:00!" she says getting into the car with her older sister. I walk down the sidewalk and turn to my house. I go in and and lock the door behind me. "MOM! I'm home" I say walking upstairs. "alright sweetie." she replies. I grab my duffel bag and pack a extra outfit and pjs, I also pack my laptop and chargers. I want to start a YouTube account so I take my camera. i pack my toiletries and change into nike shorts and Taylor Caniff tanktop. I put on my sandals and check my phone. The time is 4:25, so I guess I could go see why Hayes didn't come to school. I set my bag down by the door and shut it. I text Hayes and tell him I'm coming over, wile walking to his house. I knock quietly to see Hayes' mom Elizabeth. "hey mrs Grier, is Hayes here?" I ask politely. "hey sweetie! and you can call me by my name haha. and I thought he walked home with you after school." she says confused. "oh, he didn't come to school." I say wide eyed. "oh my. well if he doesn't come home tonight then we will have to worry but he is Hayes and sometimes he needs so space. I'll let you know if he shows up, please let me know if you ever hear from him." she says smiling a little. "yes mam tell sky I said hey!" I say walking back to my house. "will do honey." she says closing the door.

I grab my bag and head to the mall. I was worried about Hayes, but he should be ok he's a big boy. I walk into the mall and see Milly getting food as always. I walk over to her and slap her ass making her jump. "WHAT THE HELL!?" she screams then notices it was just me. "hahahah sorry Chloe I flipped out there." she says laughing. I give her a quick hug before we start walking. when we are walking out we hear cussing and smell smoke. we turn to the corner we see a group of boys with cigarets and beer. I scan the group of boys and see someone who would never be like this. "Hayes?" I ask shocked. "Hayes why are u here doing this?" I say moving my hands. "because life sucks you know Chloe." he says taking another drag if his cigaret. I quickly slap it out if his hand. "what was that for!?" he yells. "Hayes, please tell me what's wrong." I say hopeing he would explain. "Nash is moving in with cam! He's leaving me! I hate our step dad and you know that!" he says letting the tears flow. "babe, Hayes I'm here for you, let's go." I say grabbing his arm. I look at Milly she was shocked and a scared because the guys were hitting on here. I grab her hand and pull her towards us. we walk to Millys house without saying a word you could just here Hayes crying softly. I rub his back. we get to Millys house and see her mom or dad isn't home.

We walk upstairs. Hayes sits on the floor and I sit in his lap hugging him like it was the last time we would see eachother. Milly just sat there in shock to see Hayes cry so much. "Hayes, babe please don't cry." I say wiping his tears. "I can't live without nash!" he says laying his head on my chest. "I know Hayes but he still has to finish school this year, it will all be fine. just ignore him. you can always stay at my house. we have a guest bed. don't worry ok." I say patting his back. He looks in my eyes and says "promise you'll be here for me?" Always Hayes, always." I say kissing his cheek. Milly speaks up, "let's go eat because I never got my food." we all laugh a little and get up. "Hayes your mom is a little worried so you have to go tonight, me and Milly have girls night planned." I says interlocking our fingers. "ok Chloe." He says looking down. I felt bad but I wasn't going to runin our night. "you promise you won't do that again?" I say looking in his eyes. "promise." he says and we start walking again.
