Allura's POV

It had been only a few hours after the Paladins and I had found the Arusians, which are the inhabitants of the planet Arus. Coran and I have organized a celebration for them in honor of them letting us stay here.

As Coran, F/N, the Paladins, and I were finishing setting up the castle, the Arusian King payed us a visit. "Lion Goddess!" He enthusiastically said, "We are extremely excited for the party! We also would like to say thank you by giving you a traditional Arusian dinner!" He said as a few other Arusians came into the castle with some rather odd looking food in a huge basket.

"Wow!" I said, "It looks amazing! And very appetizing," I smiled at the little aliens, they smiled back.

"We very much appreciate the party that you are putting together for us!" Said the king, "We hope that you will enjoy the food, thank you Lion Goddess! We shall be on our way now!" They seemed to be pleased with the Paladins and I while they walked away waving. I really do love this little planet.

We had finished setting up for the party just as it started to get dark. Everyone was having a good time, even Keith! I was surprised that he was laughing and smiling. He hasn't been this lively since before I left for the Kerberos Mission.

As I was leaning up on a wall I overheard Lance trying to teach Keith a "team chant". "When I say vol, you say tron! Vol!" Lance chanted, with excitement in his voice.

"Uh.. vol, tron..?" Keith responded, sounding quite confused.

"Nonononononono, the chant includes the directions, I say vol and you say?" Lance tried to explain to Keith.

"Vol, tron?" Keith responded, still sounding confused.

Lance sighed in defeat for he knew that Keith wasn't going to get the chant anytime soon, or anytime for that matter, "We'll work on it.." I always seem to find interactions between Lance and Keith quite funny, that is when they're not fighting. It almost reminds me of how an old married couple fights, the fights don't get too intense, but they also aren't extremely mellow. Just a lot of sarcasm and sass.

I was walking towards the entrance of the castle, being weary of what could happen since our defense is low as of now. As I was getting near to the entrance I was stopped in my tracks by Pidge.. and she was wearing a backpack? "Shiro, I need to tell you something," She said.

"Sure Pidge, what is it?" I asked. She began to tell me of how she was going to leave team Voltron to go and find her family.

Sendak's POV

I was watching the castle with one of the spy's I was sent to this forsaken planet with. "I trust that you won't disappoint me. Because if you do, I will kill you and deliver your body back to emperor Zarkon and say that Princess Allura killed you. Your death would be a joke for eons to come," I told him, and I wasn't bluffing.

"No sir, I promise I will not disappoint. This infiltration mission will be a success, you can count on that." He responded, sounding slightly intimidated by my threat.

"Then get off your ass and go!" I said in a stern tone. He immediately got up and started sneaking towards the castle.
