Eleven x Max stranger things

ch.3

//Max pov//

All the way to where ever Eleven lived she kepped a strong but yet at the same time tender hold on my hand. She didn't seem to notice as far as I could tell but I sure as hell did and I was blushing furiously about it!

"How did you two become so close all of a sudden?.. she hasn't raised her voice to me like that in.. a long time let's say that much" hopper gave me a slightly intimadating look saying he wanted me to tell him more about myself.

"Wel-" before I can even get an entire word out I feel el give my hand a sqeez that makes me fumble over my words. I glance over at her to see her looking out the window but on the bit of cheek I can see it's a bright blush of red! So she dose know she's holding my hand.. I feel my hand tingling at the slight touch to it knowing she is doing it on purpose.

Eleven spoke up "What is there to know.. I was wrong so.. now she is my friend.. and I am sorry I was wrong" she looked over at me and smiled but I already was smiling at her like a total idiot. With a huff hopper turns of the ignition and that's when I notice we were at a cute little caben in the middle of the woods.

I see el look at our linked hands and back to me before quickly retracting her own. I give her a weird look but I don't think she noticed as she got out of the car.. in kinda a rush.

I feel a ping of sadness as I see her leave me but I don't think to much as I follow along leaving the car walking up to the house "STOP!!!..don't move" el screamed at me and I can see fear in her eyes but they weren't on me but on the ground looking at a bunch of leaves I was gonna step on.

"Careful there's tripwire!" She walks over bending over and clearing leaves revealing that I was about to step on a tripwire. She stands backing up a little with a smile on her face.

I step over the wire closer to eleven. I never realized I was taller then her till now and it's awesome ^^. I couldn't help but smirk at her as I laugh. "Thanks haha that would have been bad" we stand together for a little bit just an inch away.

"Uh.. ya.." I see her cheeks tint a light pink before she turns trying to hide it I assume as we walk into the cabin. As I walk with her into the cabin I can't help but think about why she is being so blushy and shy? Is she scared to make a fool of herself in front of Me? Is she confused about something? Or is it something else?

Oh whatever! I gotta stop thinking like this or I'm never gonna get better! Besides it's most likely just my brain playing tricks on me not like she actually would think anything of me.

When I walk in right behind El she turns and locks the door behind me with her powers before motioning with her hand for me to follow her. I do as I'm told following her into a small room with only a TV bead and a dresser. I asume this is her room seeing how it was the only other room besides the one that I had already seen Hopper go into witch probably means I'm on the couch but that's fine with me if it means I don't have to go home.

Eleven closes the door behind us before facing me "You and I sleep hear"
