Part 17: You.

"Jihyo-yah." Gary muttered over the phone call obviously trying to hide the sadness without her. "Ne oppa?'
"You're pretty." he heard her chuckle through the phone. "You're drunk, go home." he stiffled a laugh and pouted his lips. "But you're my home." he whines.
It may her feel butterflies, made her feel safe and all. He is her own definition of everything. Like they are meant for each other.

"I'm hanging up now oppa, call later." she waved her hand and gave a small smile before ending the call. Here he was again. Bored and nothing to do but wait for her to finish work.

He sighs and dials a number. "Eoh Jongkook hyung! Are my flowers ready?" he was planning to surprise her. "Ah yes, yes lover boy. I'll send it there later." it made Jongkook chuckle adoring how cute he is sulking. "Gomawo hyung!" everything is really fine right now, each of them having successful lives and of course lovelifes. Who would thought that the students who always bicker and fights with each other will end up together? Amazing, huh.

Ding dong~

Gary hurriedly ran towards the door to open it. It was their friends who also bought gifts for them. "So are you not busted this time? Or is it already ruined because of HaHa?" Sulli darted her eyes to the cute man and he pouted. "I'm at the verge of being discovered Sul, let's just keep quiet." they chuckled and directed themselves inside.

It was 7 in the evening and all was set. Gary was now instructing the guys what to do. "Oh, hyung please put that flower over there for me.", "Yes, yes boss." Jongkook teased the man who seemed to be so nervous. "Hyung calm down. You're sweating hard." Kwangsoo tapped his shoulders and beamed a small smile before continuing his work.

"GUYS! JIHYO IS HERE! HURRY HIDE!" Byul came barging inside and panickly went to her place as they turned off the lights. They will just wait for her to come in. "eoh, oppa? Where are you." as if on cue they went out and opened the confettis and the party poppers."Surprise!" they all screamed in unison.

She can't process everything and all she did was to cry and hug everyone out of happiness. "Thank you so much." She then lastly hugged Gary, who's at the back of the people smiling proudly that his plan was not yet again ruined. "Thank you, oppa."

"Before the drama ends, let's hear the lover boy's side everyone!" Jongkook yelled and everyone was clapping at Gary's entrance. He sighed and smiled at everyone. "It has been years since I met this amazing girl, that didn't know she will become one of my life's changer. She's annoying me when we were at highschool, but I didn't stop her. Because I knew that I liked her even before. She's a trouble, and I am too. I think we make a good match."

Gary bit his lower lip before continuing, "I now ask this, Cheon Soo Yeon, Cheon Seong Im, Song Jihyo. My love, my life. Will you marry me?"

Everything was in slow motion, it was like a dream, time was so fast that she didn't care about it. They've been together for years, they shared the pain and happiness and here he is now asking her to marry him. Jihyo blinked fast avoiding herself not to cry.

She went to Gary and hugged him, "I love you, I love you." he just smiled and kissed her forehead with gentleness, like she's a precious glass. They just stayed like that for a moment before Jihyo lets go.

"I do."

And that was it, everything was perfect, everything was worth it. They're officially together and no one can stop them.
