(Shhh, this isn't updating yet. You see nothing.)

The smell of something absolutely mouthwatering drew Austin out of his dream. He knew that it had been a good one, but as he opened his eyes, he just couldn't remember what it had specifically been about.

Sitting up, he ran his fingers through his messy bedhead and yawned as his mind put together what was going on. At first, he thought that he'd left the stove or oven on, but that didn't make much sense, since he rarely cooked. He also sucked at it unless it was basics like boiling water or throwing fish sticks in the oven. So that couldn't have been it. At least, not with how good whatever was cooking smelled.

Wait. That guy's here.

Now it made sense... though, after what had happened earlier, how was he able to safely stand in the kitchen to cook?

Shit.

Scrambling out of his bed, he hurried to his dresser, only to realize that he'd been too lazy, again, to put his clothes away that weren't suits or dress shirts. Hurrying over to his clean laundry basket, he tugged out a dark orange and brown shirt that wasn't too wrinkled and pulled it on over his head. While he was there, he decided to switch out his pajama bottoms for a more fitted black pair, not wanting to risk flashing the poor guy by accident.

After a quick glance down at himself, Austin headed for the door and slowly pulled it open. His room was almost lined up perfectly with the small kitchen, so he only had to step forward and to the side slightly to be able to see everything that was going on inside it.

Aww.

He knew the Roh-Ahn probably wasn't trying to be cute on purpose, but seeing him sitting in one of the chairs he must have dragged around from the small circular dinner table on the other side of the counter, his eyes closed and lips turned up as he took in the delicious smell of his cooking dinner...

Okay. He's cute. I can accept that.

"Evening, Rowan." Austin said as he walked to the fridge and pulled out a small bottle of protein shake.

Why did you just say his name wrong on purpose, idiot.

When he turned away from the fridge, the drink pressed to his lips as he took a sip, he saw Roh-Ahn glance away. "Hello, Austin." He replied quietly as he reached up and stirred his food a little.

It was sizzling in the pan and looked to be just about done. At least, that's what Austin thought. If it was up to him and his stomach, he'd already be putting it on a plate so that he could make it disappear.

"You're a very good cook, it seems." Austin said with a smile as he walked around the counter so that he wasn't in the kitchen, but could still see and talk to Roh-Ahn. He didn't want to crowd the guy, since he was acting a little nervous.

That seemed to get him to relax a little and brought forth a small smile. "Thank you. I love cooking." He said, then paused before glancing from his meal to Austin.

"Would you like to try it? I called for the store to bring a little food, so I have enough if you would like to try..." He said, seemingly rambling a bit at the end while his eyes dropped away from Austin's.

Why is he so cute? You don't like nervous girls, let alone guys.

"Sure. It smells great. I'd love to try it." He said as he pulled out a stool and watched quietly as Roh-Ahn nodded, then carefully stood from the chair he'd been resting on, using the cane Austin hadn't noticed was likely propped against the counter nearby.
