I dumped my stuff back into my bag and cheerfully skipped down the stairs, yes I skipped! All of a sudden I felt extremely cheerfull and light. Telling Theo was such an amazing idea, because now I feel like a massive weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I hit the wooden floor with a thump as I jumped from the second step then carried on skipping through every room until I found her. There were about four rooms downstairs and trust Theo to be in the only one housing the food.
"You never told me that you were harbouring a sibling in this house!" I called to Theo as I entered the kitchen, she was sat on top of the jet balck counter top swinging her legs off of the edge whilst eating a bowl of cereal.
"Ohh... yeeaaahhh I forgot about him" she said in a sheepish tone, legs still swinging as if they were on a motor.
"How can you forget to tell me that!? Thats like one of the most important things ever! I mean your brother is gorg-" I stoppped short realising what I was saying, as if like a bunny, Theo hopped off of the counter, bowl still in hand, and smirked at me. "What?" I tried to act oblivious. But that didn't really work
"My brother is what?" she asked smirking, clearly knowing the answer.
"Umm... H-h-h-he's gorgormas!"
"Gorgormas?" she repeated "Really? You made that up!"
"No I did not! Gorgormas is another word for ginormous or big, american slang. You wouldn't understand" I said nonchalantly, but Theo was not buying my pathetic excuse, hell I wouldn't buy that excuse even if buying it meant I would win $1million!
"You fancy my brother!!" she screeched, I could feel the heat rising and warming my ears and face. "That is so disgusting!" she stated, shuddering, suddenly realising we were talking about her brother.
"That is so untrue! Wait what does fancy mean?"
"That you 'Like, Like' him!" she said with a big smirk and suggestive eyebrow movements.
"Shut up he is gonna hear! And no I do not!" my hands were now covering my tomato red face.
"Anyway you don't want to like him, he's smelly, tall, always has really messy hair and he's a bit of a loner"
"You would say that your his sister" I said whilst laughing at Theo's disgusted face.

When Theo finally let me out of her house I grabbed the white, plastic house phone to ring Poppy.
This news could not wait till school.
Four rings later and her voice cut off the dull, monotone beeps.
"Heya Sal!" She said whilst shushing people in the background
"Hey Pops, I can call another time if your busy?"
"Don't be silly hun, Seb was just leaving" I could practically see Poppy shoving Seb out of the door so she could talk. Just incase I needed a supportive talk or rant, it happened a lot since Jack because I never told anyone except my 3 best friends.
"Well I was gonna tell you about Theo's sleepover, so SEB CAN STAY IF HE WANTS" I said shouting so he could hear me.
"No he can't, he's already gone" I chuckled to myself, when was I going to have a relationship like this?
"Okay well the girl is crazy! She's just as peppy at home and she eats like a sumo wrestler!"
"Tell me something new" I could hear the grin forming on Poppy's face.
"Her house is so nice and I told her everything about Jack by the way and burst into tears doing so, it felt so good to get it out. It's like every time I talk about it I'm carrying less shame." I could hear her shuffling on the other end of the line with the occasional grunt. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine, I've just got a load of chores to do that I haven't done and my mums just pulled up"
"Okay you do them then call me when you've finished"
"NO! it’s fine I’ll do them later!" she rushed before I could hang up.
I chuckled to myself, "Okay, okay, you will not believe this either!"
"WHAT, WHAT, WHAT!?"
"SHE HAS A BROTHER!!" I let that news just sink in for a little bit, I could practically see Poppy's jaw drop with surprise. "That’s not even the best bit… she has a hot brother!”
“Oh My Gosh! Right tomorrow I’m coming over and we are gonna stalk the hell out of this boy!” One of the many reasons why I love Poppy is that even though she has a boyfriend, she is just as perverted, as I am when it comes the male species.
