Many times people question why the weird kid, Peter Pettigrew, was even apart of the Marauders. What nobody ever found out was that he was the most important part to their pranks. Even before he could be transfigured into a rat, Pettigrew could find ways into small places and hide. Without him, most of the pranks would never have worked.
