Secret kisses and Waffles!!!

Toby's POV

We were gazing into each others eyes. We started to lean in but there was a bump outside followed by a string of curse words. I pulled back an helped her up,acting as if nothing happened.

I was laying in my bed on my back with my hands under my head. Tiana was above me sleeping peacefully without a care in the world. But I was up still thinking about how we almost kissed. But it's obvious that BEN likes Ti. And she is like, my BFF. And I'm pretty sure she likes BEN too, plus I'm just her friend. She probably thinks of me as a brother. I sighed quietly. Nonetheless I still would like to know why I'm getting these feelings. I leaned over and grabbed my phone off off of my nightstand. It was 1:53am. I was pretty sure I wasn't going to sleep anytime soon so I got up and decided to go and get some waffles. I stood on the edge of my bed to see if I hade woken Tiana. She was sound asleep. She looked like an angel while she slept. I kissed her forehead and I saw her smile. I chuckled quietly and hopped down.I walked to the room door,unlocked and opened it enough for me to get through. I went down the stairs and ran my hand over the top of my hair, only making it messier than before.When I got to the kitchen I opened the freezer.
Tiana's POV
I was just laying there thinking of earlier when I heard Toby get out of his bed. I looked over the side of the bed and he was stretching.Most likely going to make some waffles. He turned around to face the bunk bed and I quickly shut my eyes as if I had been asleep the whole time. I felt Toby's lips on my forehead and I smiled. I heard him chuckle lightly while he hopped down. He walked to the door and opened it enough for him to get through. As soon as he left I quietly made my way downstairs and slipped into the kitchen. I saw Toby looking through the freezer.
"Dammit!" He whisper-shouted. "Where are the waffles?!?!?!" I made my way over to the deep freezer and quietly opened it I found a box of waffles and I walked back to my original spot. Toby was to busy rustling stuff in the freezer to hear me move. I cleared my throat. Toby practically jumped 5 feet in the air while letting out a girly shriek. He quickly turned around and once he saw it was me he let his guard down.
"What the actual,honest,living fuck Ti?!?!?" I was on the kitchen floor,a laughing and twitching mess.
"S-sorry-y.....but y-you...y-you scr-ream like a-a...GIRL!!!" I managed to get out between laughs. I calmed my self down. Toby held his hand out to me and I took it as he helped me up. I handed him the box of waffles. He looked at me with a shocked look on his face.
"Wait...did I wake you up?"
"Oh! No I was up the whole time." He started blushing.
"So I bet you f-felt me-" I cut him off. "Yeah I felt it. It's ok." I said hugging him. "Now are we just gonna stand here like a bunch of dummies or are we gonna eat those waffles?" He laughed and started to open the box of heaven.
