The Goondocks, a small, gloomy, cloudy street filled with houses. In those houses resided families, elders and youngsters, who would all be kicked out of their houses in under three days.

One house, with a garden filled with many different contraptions and inventions, belonged to the Walsh family, a wife and husband with two teenage boys, who weren't too happy about being forced to move. Apart from the loud arguments between the two kids in the Walsh family, their house was usually silent.

The house across from the Walsh's would've been silent, had it not been for a teenage girl blasting music from her cassette tape player. "DIE! BY MY HAND!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, scaring all the crows that were resting on a tree near her house, as she jumped on the top of her bed.

The girl, Nova, was quite small, yet she could scream louder than the Walsh boys put together, and that's saying something. "I CREEP ACROSS THE LAND!" She kicked her legs, flailed her arms and still managed to look angelic as she flew off her bed, landing on the floor with a loud 'thud'. "KILLING FIRST BORN MAN!" Nova screeched, trying to mimic James Hetfield.

She sometimes wondered how the real reason she would be getting kicked out of her house wasn't because of how loud she was.

"It is HOT in this room!" She shouted, before sprinting to her bedroom window which faced the Walsh household, before opening it up and looking out of it the the window of Mikey's room. She chuckled when she saw him looking out of the window with his feet hanging out, a gloomy look on his face.

[Across the street, in the Walsh house]

"Oh bummer," the bored voice of Mikey Walsh whined as he looked out of his bedroom window, his feet dangling out, before pulling them in and dramatically falling back onto his bed, "Nothing exciting ever happens here anyway!"

He looked up at the ceiling before carrying on, "Who needs the Goon docks?" He questioned himself, before quickly sitting up, "Who needs this house, I can't wait to get out of here!" He lied, trying to make himself feel better as he took a pump of his inhaler.

"Really?" The skeptical and annoyed voice of his older brother Brandon asked as he bench pressed across the room, and Mikey just sighed sadly.

"Nah, I was just trying to delate myself. No, no..." Mikey mumbled to himself, trying to find the correct word as Brand looked at his younger brother, finding it funny, "Uh, um, dictate myself!"

Brand scoffed, "That's delude yourself, dummy," he corrected, making Mikey turn back to his brother after rummaging through his chest of drawers.

"That's what I said."

Quickly, he jumped up from his sitting position and began walking over to his older brother, who was heavily breathing and sweating as he carried on working out, and Mikey jumped onto his chest before pushing the weight onto his chest.

"Thanks Brand," Mikey muttered sincerely, looking down at his now smiling brother.

"I know how you feel wimp," Brand began sadly, "I'm sure gonna miss this place too."

Mikey opened his mouth, ready to carry on the conversation, but jumped, nearly falling off Brand's chest in the process when he heard the sound of loud music blare through his window along with the sound of loud singing.

Mikey sighed with a smile on his face, "Oh man, Novs loves singing," he whispered dreamily, having gained a not so secret crush on the older girl.
