A gentle caress of light
fills the world. Before
eyes flutter open.
Like lovers,
light greets the world.
Wrapped in an embrace.
"Wake up,"
Is silently being conveyed.
"The day is here."
The eyes like butterflies
open to greet the world.
Break free of the cocoon.
To see the world once again,
Illuminated by the light of life,
awaken.
