CHAPTER ONE —————
JIMIN glides across the room with arms outstretched. laughters rolling down his tongue as he runs away. with eyes turning crescent and hair flowing ever so delicately along with the wind.
he will stumble every now and then, not caring where he is going. mind way too occupied with the fun he's having with his hyungs. it doesn't matter, really, if he'll get a scratch or two. he's got to spend the time with his friends very wisely as their hours with each other's presence are very limited.
being locked inside a room with nothing but a television (which by the way, only has three channels, it sucks) and some books (that were enough to be able to keep his sanity until his break comes around) was kind of drowning. so now that he is finally out of his cage, the only thing that his nose can inhale is freedom.
even though that freedom is only for the next three hours and a half, it makes him content at the very least.
"n—namjoon hyung, are you o—okay?" the boy with pink hair asks in between his high pitched giggles seeing his older friend fall down the ground. jimin and jeongguk soon coming to his aid after all six of them laughed their butts off.
"we better stop running around, someone might get hurt again." seokjin interrupts, threading his fingers across his brown hair with a genuine smile. eyes looking with content at his six younger friends with awe. the oldest put down his camera and set it on the table. "we don't wanna get jimin in trouble again now, do we?"
"i don't get it. why am i always getting blamed for what you do? last time, taehyungie broke the vase but i was the one who noona scolded. it's not fair." with arms crossed, jimin pouted. the cute view making the room become engulfed with fits of aww's.
the pink headed lad can feel his cheeks go numb after taehyung attacked it. "stop~" he would whine, but the younger would continue pinching and squeezing it even more. his naturally pink tinted chubby cheeks turning red almost in an instant.
jimin got enveloped with warmth when he felt a pair of arms wrapping around his waist. his best friend's chin resting on his shoulder, his breathe tickling him slightly.
"jiminie, i want to sleep." yoongi whispers, making jimin giggle.
"then go sleep at the table there, hyungie. we're just gonna play some more." yoongi nods. twice. then he takes his leave. going to the seat at the very corner of the room and resting his face on the table with his thin, milky arms as support.
"oooooh. i can see sparks." hoseok teased. taehyung joining in with him as they laugh together. jimin rolling his eyes at the two with a playful smirk on his face.
"alright alright, we can stop now." oh boy, did all five of them tease him altogether. which only left jimin blushing profusely.
"okay guys that's enough. our time is over for the day." seokjin then beams. taehyung groaned. namjoon nodded. jeongguk yawned. jimin pouted. hoseok frowned, and yoongi snored. "come on guys, it's time to leave." and silent okays responded to him as they all left the room one by one.
jimin walked back to yoongi, shaking him lightly, trying to wake his best friend up with a smile. "hyungie, break's over."
the older male lifted his head with drowsy eyes and what he did next surprised jimin.
yoongi grabbed him the back of his head, fingers gently stroking that big mop of pink hair. their lips touched and jimin was so shocked he couldn't respond to the kiss but yoongi didn't care.
after their short kiss, they detached from one another. jimin's face putting a tomato to shame as yoongi looked at him with a sly smirk.
"goodnight, jiminie." that what he last said, before walking out the room, leaving a stunned jimin behind.
